I got 240 magners bottles from my local and soaked them in to lots over night in the bath then gave them a good shake and rinse before washing them in 40 bottle batches and then sterilising with VWP.. Absolute testicle ache but I only need to rinse them now. Haven't done any for a while but I will be doing some come august time hopefully, a Blackrock cider and a coopers pale ale.

Having been shit on before but not to badly I have one best mate and another mate and that's it. Best mate lives across the water and don't see the other one very often. I'm not complaining as I've always liked my own company, the person who I would trust most in the world would be my sister as she pretty much raised me up. If my marriage broke up I wouldn't bother with another relationship I would just bring my kids up best as I could and have my dogs for company and fcuk everyone else. Look after yourself as assume no one else will.

My fish pie, My chilli done with steak pieces instead of mince, Venison Lamb slow roasted with garlic, rosemary and thyme. Ribeye steak approx 18/20 oz, Decent bacon cabbage turnips and mash. A good homemade curry.

I do a mean fish pie with potatoes instead of pastry. When I do a chilli I use steak pieces instead of mince with dark chocolate and honey and slow roast it, tingles the taste buds in the mouth. Venison in a red wine sauce with dauphinoise potatoes, Pulled pork and beef brisket.
