    cant like your post moxy, but agree 100%, the trouble is with insurance/health and safety is normally competence and being able to prove it if something goes tits up as common sense cant be applied, hence folk get paid to give certificates out to people that could of been doing stuff for 50 year. it doesn't matter to me I shoot for free but if somebody states you have to have it put it on their bill

    A 2/3 day old pup is to young to micro chip and the vet should have just handed the chip over for when the up was old enough,the law says you have 6 months to chip the dog after the docking has been done.. I agree dog needs to be older than that but they can't hand chips over you need a cert to jab them up. It is a money spinner though.

    Fine for shooting one is 6grand I think lab. We had to fence our lake and it was cheaper than 3 20lb carp it had already munched. They are no longer rare thanks to the bunny huggers releasing them left right and centre. I have seen them at close quarters in four separate counties miles apart in broad daylight upto now. I even have a video of one from 6ft away, they are not scared of people as they are hand reared doubt you would get so close to a wild one. Rex not sure about the herons tbh my pond is netted but they guy up the road reckons one drowned in his pond trying to shag his plastic

    Few of the better ones i had when carp fishing bit of a pain in the arse for me but they are proper crazy creatures. Just noticed I look like if got fook off zombie hands in the top one?

    Then you are doing the job well TC It's not just me mate, there's dogs running free 24/7 so the buggers are always there but they never break cover. But it's the only place I have local and I can come and go as I please.

    Someone who breeds or keeps koi or swimming pool if it is a swimming pool you can't really cover it. It's on radio 2 two about it now very very sad. I have a koi pond in the garden I built it well before the youngest was born but before she could walk it was behind a 5ft fence.

    Can't see moorhens being a big problem on a golf course tbh. Have them on my perms and iv never bothered with them theres no need. As already said normal season applies.

    I do both, depends what the job is and who I have to work with lol. Other times I get more done on my biff wish I didn't have a trakker be able smash some jobs and fook off.
