I have a similar scenario here where I have permission to shoot with the rifle, I take deer fox and most other things that fall in to the sights. Now one of the lads from a nearby village who I knew of well before I got this permission, also goes on the same land to run his long dogs and the occasional scratch with the terriers, but he does not have permission off the land owner. What happens if we bump into each other? Nothing, we have a quick chat, i.e. have you seen anything, hows the dogs running etc, then we go our own way and get on with our own things, granted if I am shooting he leave

Maybe just maybe, if a few more took a leaf out of soldier A's book and shot them on sight they would be less to worry about and less around to carry attacks.
