depth wise you will need to dig out the depth of the block you are using + 100mm for stone + 40 mm for sand ...........try not to use more than 40mm of sand the less sand you have the more compact you will get it and less chance of movement, your over all dig depth should be about 190mm .........do it right the first time and you won't have to repair it a second time

No need for shuttering, if its going to be driven on regular, use pin kerbs to form your boundary, they will also hold your blocks in better than edging kerbs and are cheaper

I can't see where I've ever posted about home loading? If I remember correctly I had a book on home loading that some scrounging mod begged of me ( Iwon't mention names but you know who you are Walshie ) You haven't got time to post about it because you're always on the poxy phone to me about it!
