  1. Not saying he is not a good and decent man , but I suspect that he and his wife were on holiday having a night out with friends and things took a terrible turn for the worse and rather than lose what was left of his family they concocted a web of lies . Doesn’t make him a monster.
  2. I believe that they either overdosed her with some sort of sedative or the little girl fell and died , whatever it was , they plotted a cover up . The Portuguese police knew it and they are still suspects . They stood to loose the custody of the two other children. Anyone who is interested in this case should watch the Richard D Hall documentary on YouTube, it’s in I think four parts and is very detailed.
  3. I’ve watched a few films on YouTube and it seems obvious to anyone who watches them that Madeline died in the apartment and the parents have covered it up . If they were working class people and not a respected heart surgeon and his Doctor wife the parents would have at least been done for abandoning their child and criminal neglect and had their kids taken off them and put into care . But there has been and still is a huge cover up , and they have spent a colossal amount of money that was raised to help “find the girl on litigation on anyone who dares print anything other than their version o
  4. I forgot about a small skinning knife that Chris Reade gave me to try , I’ve used it a few times and it’s very good . Super sharp , and stays that way , it fits in your hand nicely and is just the job for awkward muntjac.
  5. Here is a knife that I had made by a friend of mine Chris Reade , it holds an insane edge for ages . More interesting is the sheath , the old sheath got loose over time and the knife could fall out . I had a chat to Chris and I asked him if the Sadler who makes his sheaths could make one with a clip . Took a bit of time but he did and it works well . More often I too use an opinel in my pocket and a mora clipper in the truck .
  6. I’ve got a wildcat moderator on my Tikka and it’s good . Nice to hear that they look after their customers.?
  7. Took your sage advice and gave mine a bit of “renapur love” , yes I got my boots cleaned at a country show and then felt obliged to buy a tub too . It’s good stuff, and I think you will agree it came up nice , I might even fill it and strap it about my more ample waist than years gone by , might have to make a new hole , probably the weather.
  8. Cartridge belts , does anyone still use one ? I haven’t seen anyone with one for years. I used to wear mine on the marsh when I used to go wildfowling or out rough shooting with my spaniels . But these days a couple in my pocket seems to be my way . I found my old belt while cleaning out some “junk” , it was my first Christmas present from my Mrs and it’s seen some use so I’m going to keep it for sentimental reasons, and I’m not usually sentimental.
  9. Oh dear , what harm is there in giving a fan a minute of your time ? Fame has gone to his head and he has started to believe his own hype . Say what you like about Tom Cruise, I’m not a fan of his acting, but I think he shows that he is a decent guy when he spends time with his fans. And any other celebrity who has the decency to stop for a photo.
  10. Just got it , assembled, oil , fuel , ready to mow , don’t want to get it dirty though!!!
  11. I know mate , but I would just like a few prices from around the country . Are the cheaper prices just to get me as a new customer and then next year ...wallop £3.95 , and my mate has packed in .
  12. What are you paying for poults this coming season. The guy I get mine off wants £3.95 per poult this year that’s up on last year, I’ve had a ring around and I can get them from £3.50. - £3.60 from a top game farm . I’ve been getting my birds from the same guy for 10 years and he’s a friend, and I’ve never had a problem with his birds , but I could save the shoot a lot of money by going elsewhere .
  13. Whenever I go on my hols to the seaside, I always have a fresh crab sandwich, on brown bread . You can’t beat it ?
  14. Although I’ve not seen an otter that close , it’s not a mink , because I’ve seen plenty of them and their feet are different so my guess is an Otter . I saw my first Otter here this past summer , although I have seen trade around the lakes and ponds and have suffered fish predation from Otters . They are a total pest , although a handsome creature, they are destructive and like a fox will kill and leave ducklings uneaten. They have also cleared one of the smaller ponds of the young carp I stocked . Maybe I’ll get a closer look at their feet in the future?
  15. I’m going for this mountfield from screwfix , it’s got a Honda engine , seems the best for the money.
  16. Should be the new Nike advert ....”just do it “!
  17. Thanks for the advice, I think I might push the boat out and get a Honda . I’ve got one that I got secondhand, and to be fair it’s been good . I could probably get it fixed but it is old and I’ve had to patch up the body with steel plates and rivets . I know they would just say for f@@ks sake just get a new one . I was looking at the husky and thought it might be good but I reckon it’s probably just a rebadged Chinese job .
  18. You shouldn’t worry too much , could be anything. But you need to get it checked out , and if you don’t want the old finger up the bum , they can do a blood test . Get yourself registered with your local doctor, and put your mind at rest , might be a urine infection or something.
  19. I think it’s old events like this that make this country unique, in my neck of the woods we have cheese rolling , I’ve taken part myself in my younger days , and I can tell you the hill is almost vertical. Mental. SL
  20. I’m going to get a new petrol lawnmower, I’ve got about 100ft back garden. My budget is about £250 , I saw a husqvarna for about that money . What is the best mower for my money? Any suggestions?
  21. Unfortunately we won’t have “definitive “ proof of him molesting anyone . Because of the way paedophiles operate , abuse will have been carried out , out of sight from any witnesses. You will now only have their word for what they have experienced. I would suggest that anyone who hasn’t seen this documentary, should watch it , it is uncomfortable viewing . I’m convinced that they are telling the truth .
  22. I reckon that the parents were are as star struck as the kids , they were swept up in the lifestyle and celebrity that Jackson surrounded himself with . He brought them presents and took them to fantastic places , and he groomed them as well , he expertly played them for mugs while he pumped their kids .
  23. When they went after Jackson because Gavin Arviso , (the kid Jackson was seen holding hands with in the Basheer interview) had they believed been sexually assaulted. The Jackson preservation machine went into overdrive, they employed not one but several top attorneys, plus a huge team of private investigators to dig up dirt on the Arviso family. In America if you have the money you can literally get away with murder (OJ Simpson as an example) . I don’t blame the parents for making a deal for 20 million, but I do blame them for letting their kids be interfered with in the first place .
  24. I’ve always said ..... if there was a forty year old bloke living near you , who had turned his house into a kiddy amusement park , and then had young boys come around for sleepovers There would be more than alarm bells ringing . Not to mention the 20 million he paid Jordan Chandler to drop the molestation charges against him . The man was a paedophile , plain and simple , the only difference between him and any other nonce , was his celebrity and money which enabled him to sucker jury’s and gullible fans .
