    There is hole ending and hole ending . I have made the mistake in the past and let a young dog hole end and it was counter productive . However if you place a fork between quarry and dog and allow a little baying then hold the dog back and remove the fork allowing a bolt , then release the dog for a chase , that will fire up a slow starter . I read about this from Brian Nuttal in an old year book . I personally haven't tried this , because I dig keepered estates and releasing foxes isn't an option . But I would be interested in others opinions .

    My employer bought one so he can tour the estate and whizz about . The guy is a petrol head and loves his toys . I've had a go on it and it is quick and comfortable . But it really comes into it's own "on road " I think you can reach speeds of mph !! Scary if you ask me , not sure I fancy bombing along the bypass at them speeds . Also he has not had any problems with it , and he is very happy with it . Not a work tool , but a very comfortable quad with a lot of power .

    Who needs to go abroad when there are beautiful places like that in Britain . Looks like my kind of holiday , glad you enjoyed it mate .

    Try Sako , I have found them excellent and haven't changed for years . But if you can try some privi like the previouse post said they are a lot cheaper . A friend of mine shoots them and won't buy anything else .

    What bubble are you living in? I'm pretty sure there's top flight people in all walks of life with even more important jobs.....like surgeons and pilots who love a night on the coke followed by a few tasty high class hookers.It's 2015 not 1915.....??     I am not being self righteous . Personally I don't care what adults get up to with other adults . The problem is for politicians is that behaviour like this leaves them open to extortion and blackmail . Also is it too much to ask that the people who are making decisions that affect our lives and are employed by us arnt taking drugs ? At last , some common sense . I wasn't actually pointing the finger at you mate.........just talking generally......     I doubt the Beatles , Hendrix or the Rolling Stones would have been as successful as they were without narcotics . But that doesn't mean they we're fit to run the country .i mean , can you imagine Kieth Richards at prime ministers question time ?

    I think the same to be fair. I've never heard of the man, but if he was doing his job correctly I'm pretty sure he can do what he likes.     Wilf , the man is English , his parent and grandparents did what we Brits have done for generations . Colonised the world . They moved to Kenya as farmers , no doubt bringing work and prosperity to the indigenous people . Raising them from mere savages , to a more civilised culture . Ok they may have had to chuck them off their land and murder a few . But that is what makes a great empire . Fair enough mate, as I said, I know nothing about cycling. nor me mate , it's just good to see an "Englishman " Winning and sticking two fingers up to the Frogs , who are Hateing it .

    Armstrong isn't fit to to be a steward at a bike race , let alone have an opinion worth listening to . A cheat and a fraud .     Well done to Chris Froome . Looks like he's going to win the Tour de France for the second time , and will go down in history as one of our sporting greats .     It's all about control .. Weather or not we choose to exersise control or not . I have never looked for a fight , but if I was ever in a position that my safety or pride was in danger . I could hold my own . During the foot and mouth crisis I had to walk my dogs at the local park instead of the fields . I was recovering from a back operation and was as weak as a kitten .     Partridge in those sort of numbers will be costly sport . The average return on partridge is about 30%. Partridge are covey birds and shooting them is a numbers game . On a commercial shoot they put thousands down and push large numbers over the guns . If they put a hundred over a gun he can only have two shots per flush unless they have loaders . If you are going to walk them up between you it can be fun but don't expect a good return .     Sprayed our maize about two weeks ago .The Maize was full of broad leaf weeds like speedwell , fat hen , purse lane ,and thistle and also redshank and meadow grass . Tried to get some Calaris , but was told it's been withdrawn . The supplier recommended Faize , I can tell you this is a great herbicide for Maize , all the broad leaf and grasses and thistle and dead and the maize is doing very well .

    No don't bother , I soak a patch in methylated spirit and run it through on a jag then repeat with clean patches until they come out clean . One bottle of KG12 and bottle of meths will last ages . I don't put oil in the barrel as it will affect accuracy .the only time I put any sort of oil in the barrel is if I am storing it a while , but I always remove any oil before shooting .
