  1. I personally have never understood the coat thing either TBH in shows the size thing maybe
  2. No I agree they are lurchers bosun . I'd always say a bull cross is a lurcher first and foremost .
  3. when there is any else in the cross but bull and sighthound. Bullxgrey/salukixgrey at a push id say is a bullx but a bullxgrey/colliexgrey has bull in it. Not a bullxA bull cross is bull blood and greyhound blood to me. Saluki bull grey or whippet bull grey is a lurcher. Don't suppose it matters what you call them if they work. Lol i agree with u gaz. But now looking at what he said, saluki is sighthound too. So I suppose it could be looked as a bull x.I think a bull cross needs a bit more than just a look or sight hound and bull blood ,as without it ,it's just a lurcher.Got one here at 11 t
  4. I have a Saluki bull grey ,I don't think of him as a bull cross. His mother is . He is a lurcher with a little bull in there . Although his mother is still a lurcher lol
  5. Pair of red tights ? I bet you have some in your bottom drawer bosun
  6. I would have sent you mine up bosun , But someone has beat you to it. If I come by one I'll pm you.
  7. Good luck owain,as said great time of year to get the basics right ,and plenty of bonding over the coming months ,
  8. Yea dodge and not heart breaking if you have to lob it in a hedge lol they won't replace a blitz though .But they are too big for my liking TBH. I like the blitz but like you say there abit like a dust bin lid and seem to go into a life of there own in a gale lol yea very good point that dodge lol
  9. a game of tug usually helps loads of hiding it behind your back , getting it excited on the toy ,don't rush to take it away, and loads of praise when they bring it back, but guessing its only a pup so recall is more important now than bringing back
  10. Yea lithium pal a deben one ,but we'll all like different lamps and different lights so I would advise anyone to try to see as many as is out there and make their own minds up and weigh up the cost etc if anyone from the Midlands wants to see one pop round I'll show them the beam..

  12. I've tried the 170 and the 150 next to each other ....the 150 shines easily as far if not further. And at the furthest distance you see more .in fact one night something was running out the beam in a 170 ,and my mate asked me to put the 150 on and it lit it right up. But agree ,if they done a bigger one maybe 200 mm they would ,in my opinion, be perfect. I have both so just saying what I've found. Also if you have a set up already there's probably no need to change ,but if I had a choice of buying one of these or a 170 plus a battery i'd pick a 150 on value for money if nothing else
  13. I've tried the 150 next to a 170 the beam goes as far and at its limits you can see more than a 170. Of course they don't have the throw of a 210 or 240 they are only a fraction of the size, but if they ever come out with a bigger led one ,I'll buy one in a flash Edited to add I have 2 150s now so they do for a dawn til dusk night out even with having it on more than you need but I've personally seen the get 5hrs or more and not run out
  14. i'd like to see how these come on, hope they do what you want
  15. leave the battery....get a lamp off dlloyd on here save yourself £100's they run for a good night out no wires ,no battery...theres a thread on here somewhere
  16. Doesn't look a year and half mate still looks a little immature ,could just be the photo though
  17. I'd cut off the cigar lighter end and put the type on that the battery has
  18. Not a Saluki cross fan ideation ? I have always said the same ,honestly mate. But the litter I had to my bull cross bitch has been a decent litter ,and ain't as weird as I thought they'd be lol
  19. February ideation, you lost a month.
  20. I'm sure I saw these advertised where they from the Midlands? Have you any photos of the parents pal
  21. I don't discount any cross ,as you will always get a few of any cross that will work to a degree ,if the lad that owns it puts enough time into it . And usually if it's one that's left of field the owner may put more time in to disprove doubters. But personally I'd possibly start from 2 breeds that have proven results than try to reinvent the wheel. But saying that I doubt I'd want a 1st generation 1/2 cross of most breeds except maybe a bull cross of the right stamp
