  1. Should really give everything a chance to have their young in peace ,plus hot weather not good for running dogs in, IMHO
  2. She's some size there Fox digger 10 or 11 I'd say ,but could be all for off the Long fur off the poodle you used mate
  3. Get a whippet breed it to a bull, think of a catchy name ,sell them to newbies who like catchy names, some may do well . No mystery just a small bull cross that won't do anything a bull greyhound won't do
  4. I've had both ,3/8 suits me fine, But there is fast 1/2 crosses out there,
  5. My dogs aren't worthy mate... they get a chain and tea chest
  6. I'll throw the slabs in by the door too York stone colour and bedding too
  7. Don't you think it's worth it tomo....shit better lower the buy it now,was going to downgrade

  10. Nice mutt there Fuji, looks at home there, excellent photos like the first one especially
  11. Mine can be a pest for dropping down if she's chased it in (pattxcocker)
  12. Wow....haven't heard that one before....... Bloody awful when they slip their collar like that, mine shot out of the woods the other day towards a main road when a fat Labrador came near her. she must be able to smell them, and there's genuine panic is I try to walk on a verge that got them ,but saying that if she was hot on the arse of something she'd run over razor wire
  13. i have just bred mine,at 8,and while not without risk ,i think the main concern would be her fertility. another problem can be the hip cradle fuses together if not bred by 5 or so depending on the size , just be aware and keep the vets number handy.but there is plenty that have bred at this age without problems
  14. my bitch is ok with the weather ,her problem is nettles she has a real hatred for them slipped her collar once on a busy lane trying not to walk on the lane, annoying

    Docking?

i think spaniel types or their crosses can be a pain,as they are tail happy ,a lot of the time it happens inside their kennels.used to have a mastiff that used to suffer because of wagging tail and hitting its tail against the run sides
  16. Could just be cracked or bruised ribs, how long between the accident and visiting the vets
  17. Probably not much ,but still simular side on to my bitch
  18. Looks a simular stamp to my 3/8 bull grey bitch
  19. Any pics or more importantly any hunting life ruductions
  20. I have a patterdale x cocker .I'm sure there are differences between the Springer and cocker ,apart from size, but she's a handy little bitch ,covers a lot of ground and lots of drive.I'm sure as long as the Springer is a working type They should be handy.your main problem will be STOPPING them hunting so get recall right
  21. That's right mate that was me.the cocker stud sounds handy,I think for me I'd sooner go the 3/4 spaniel route over a 3/4 terrier for a busher especially as you say he likes to get involved good luck Lee ...ATB Roy
