  1. To be honest mate ,anything less I'd sooner hang on to it ,just I'm not doing a lot terrier wise at the minute, but it's not hurting where it is and won't get another below £150 ATB Roy
  2. I 'll hang on to it for that mate ,no offence,or bang it on the bay and put a reserve on it
  3. No just meant gave her the jab and she had a womb infection that nearly killed her . Cost nearly £600 at the vets ,so learned from that Won't do that again
  4. Feed them as much as they will eat 2 or 3 times a day. Walk them at their own pace once they have been jabbed but don't over do it.
  5. I understand what you are saying foxdropper As far as I understand the hips fuse If they don't have a litter by 4 Or 5 making It more risky. No she hadn't had a litter,as at 4 or 5 I feel they mayBe havent proved themselves. infact I gave her the jab at about that age as she had got with a dog by mistake.(something I'll never do again) ATB Roy

  9. ?? when you see the vets around here all they seem to want to do is neuter them and sell you expensive food And sell pet insurance
  10. She's fit as a fiddle other than a recent broken toe,but I would have liked to do it a couple of years ago but never seemed to click with hunting seasons etc and only ever keeping one lurcher at a time, well it never happened.and would prefer to use an older experienced bitch that I know is proven. ATB Roy
  11. 2 capsules a day giro maybe just coincidence,I'll never know but for under a tenner it can't hurt I suppose
  12. The answer to everything here is neuter and by Arden grange food at £50 a bag lol
  13. If I went to a vets local to me asking for antibiotics they would probably phone the old bill especially if you took a working dog in with a few scars

  18. i'd have thought hand reared pups would have been bold as brass due to the time they have had spent on them, as Baw said by 4 months old i'd have wanted them gone maybe just an odd pup ? but then maybe it got dependant on the feeder?
  19. what i thought was ear mites then told by the vet was flea allergy turned out to be a "hot spot " and was told to use rock sulphur in their water and as paulus said probably secondary infection due to scratching, need to stop them scratching, maybe use a head collar and get the infection sorted
