    HAHA well my HW97KaTie .177 is doing 9.10 with hobby 8.40 with bisley magnum and 8.99 with superddomes it can cleanly kill a pigeon at 35 yards in one shot and pass straight through the head, so I hope it can knock over these metal killzones at 45yds ... IF I can hit them

    this rifle and pellet combo is shooting at 8.59-8.99 FPE so you don't need 11.5 FPE to kill cleanly at 35 yards .. even with a .177! as long as you hit the right spot! also on the vid you will notice the pellet does go straight through and hit the metal pretty hard. at 35 yards from a 8.6-9 FPE pellet strike!

    no worries.. you tried the 4.52 jsb exact 8.44 ?? my 97 and 95 seem to really like them. although I haven't really done any really thorough pellet testing. I have some ftt 4.50 but its been windy for last few weeks so haven't had a proper chance to get them in a versus testing match with the jsb

    well chances are, you will get mugged off, if your off to a gunshop to trade it. you will get much better price for a private sale, they need to make a profit aswell you see.. but it could take longer. that's just how it goes!

    I had a deben bipod that took a sling on my old aas410k Dont know the exact model tho but it was a good bit of kit

    The synthetic doesnt have adjustable butt as standard.. And some people get on better with a sporter stock rather than a thumbhole.. im guessing porkybella fits that group of people. Im quite the opposite- i prefer a thumbhole Each to their own i suppose.. whichever is most comfortable for the individual will be the one they shoot best Im sure porkybella will correct me if im wrong tho

If you want to swap the thumbhole stock 《if its wood?》 for my perfect condition beech sporter hw97 stock let me know. I prefer a wood thumbhole to a sporter. You could pronlbably get more money for the thumbhole but its up to you.. just a thought

    Just arrived has my F1 chrony .. so after I have a bath and go for my eye test this aft I shall be setting it up. when im in town im going to look around for some of those little LED press on and off lights like I have seen on a few YT vids, so hopefully I will be able to use it indoors

    cheers guys! aye stealthy plenty of blood there lad I was going to rest the rifle on my gunbag and try get a scopecam type thing going on.. but I didn't want to risk injuring the 'doo' if it went wrong somehow so just took a normal rested kneeling shot using the artillery hold

    Maybe I didn't explain properly - the pellet is a gnat's pi55 too big and needs to be pushed in, quite forcefully, with a little plastic thing someone kindly gave me. ok.. well in my hw97s the superdomes fit fine, as do ever pellet I have tried. I haven't used a stoger x20s though so I cannot directly compare. Daystate rangemaster Li are quite 'short' stubby little pellets, you could try those. all the best mate, SKoT

    Nice work lads looks great! nice shooting on the birds aswell How come you went for the hawke sport hd though instead of a panorama? does the difference in price show in the quality of the overall finish of the scope?? SKoT

    I know what you mean mate I have 3 rifles but really only use 1 of them 90% of the time! others are just collecting dust. might aswell sell them!
