Favored Line Of Border Collies For Lurcher Crosses?
jiggy replied to Dan McDonough's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
If you,ve 50 mad bullocks in a slatted shed all winter and they break out on to a fresh spring pasture with the sun on their backs and dont want to go back in that shed then pick the dog that can safely and quickly get the job done without taking no for an answer. -
good call first day prediction well done me ha ha!

Glad you got her back 5 days is a long time to ground there goes the theory out the window that a plummer wont make an earth dog. Get the electrolytes into her to rehydrate.

Raw Fed Dogs Any Health And Performance Benefits?
jiggy replied to reddog70's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
I used beta greyhound in the past and its as good as a nut as you would get but if you look at a prime example of a dog fox in mid november how did he get himself in that condition with no wormers vaccinations or vitamins it certainly wasnt from eating dry nuts so think outside the box. -
By pushy you mean....."would you f**k off jiggy or I'm calling the police".... yeah something along those lines ha ha nothing like a man with a bit of self confidence i wish.Is the restraining order still being enforced? Lol no she stopped hassling me about 6 months ago so let bygones be bygones i wish her the best of luck.

Raw Fed Dogs Any Health And Performance Benefits?

id imagine it boils down to the quality of the dry food if you want to get a good back on a dog and your feeding cheap food you would have to feed it twice as much as a good type nut hence more sh1t to clean as the dog is emptying everything out that isnt benifiting it so i would look at the condition of the dog rather than how much or how little its getting. I just find that when you see a bowl of meat then you know its meat and not 99 percent wheat. -

Sounds to me it was trained wrong . A good dog knows when to attack . I know a German women who trains them . She came over the other week with her Mali . Fully trained I was playing stroking it etc . She made one command in the middle of playing with it , it was straight up and by her side . Then she said if I did my next command your f****d . He watched everyone and every movement around him but wasnt wanting to kill everyone .this dog doesnt want to kill everyone either but he,ll sit beside his owner giving you the dirty eye waiting on a command to be honest i dont know anything about train -

Dog nuts i find make them drink a lot more water and if you feed 1 pound of nuts you will have to clean up 2 pound of sh1t how is that possible? Raw food is cheaper and gives you an easier life and cleaner kennels. -

Send in the british and american militarys to restore peace and give arms to the rebels and turn it into total chaos and cause another wave of refugees. Might gain some oil or gas though.

It sounds funny but the fact is that kid will have to bury a father while still a child and he wont be there to see it go through all the important stages in life like graduating from school, 18 and 21 birthdays and wedding days for fcuk sake he might'nd see the christening. Is it worth all the millions and fame when a 29 year old has to face into that wrinkly old dick every night.

An uncle of mine has a highly trained belgian mallinois it would even herd cattle with ease as an extra but he spent so much time opening and shutting gates and doors to prevent the postman or a visitor getting accidentally attacked that he nipped into town for 10 minutes one day and when he came home his gun was stolen from house while dog was locked in yard. What are these dogs like if young kids open a wrong door or gate will they attack a small child thats not a family member they seem to be more hassle than the benifets you get from them apart from the fact that the dog might cost 10,000 -
its a game that gets the child out of the house so you can get a chance to poke his mom.

Thats where bellman and flint is handy you just have to walk over a few nearby earths and it tells you if dog is gone in. If you get a windy terrier with bleeper it might give you a positive mark to dig to in nearby earths i wouldnt drop a good terrier in you could lose valuable time digging game when your dog might not even be in that hole.

Ive lost dogs before and for some reason they always headed to where i parked the car i spent hours looking for them and the fcuker would be there waiting when i got back. Hope you find him.

I had a dog that ate everything including every pair of shoes i had as quick as id take them from her she,d find another pair i eventually gave up and left her chewing an old tough work boot and she stopped eating everything else so i left her with it and she just grew out of it at about 15 months old.

ive yet to see any for sale at the same level as blacks in fact ive never seen one for sale all were gifted im not saying it doesnt happen but its not common to see them on the conveyor belt and hopefully it stays that way. Money and dogs equals dishonesty. -
If the dog is trained to walk on a lead properly you wont need a harness its only taking short cuts he will still drag you around the place which doesnt make an enjoyable walk put some discipline in him a lead should only be an extension of your arm the dog can sense when your not in control. When it falls in to place your walk will be better for you and him.
