What Doctor would ever sign someone off to own guns again if they risked being held liable if the patient goes on to murder? They'd never take the risk, once marked as mentally unfit to own a gun that'd be it for life.

So now they're hiding their symptoms from friends and family too in the fear they'll have their guns taken away. We need to encourage people with mental illness to seek out help not make them scared to ever mention it. The sad fact is the vast majority of the British public are anti hunting with dogs at least and probably anti hunting as a whole too. I don't see that changing any time soon with the increasing detachment from country life either I disagree. I`d be wary using carpet or 10mm square mesh. They can get caught and rip nails out when they topple off the ramp in the struggle or play fighting. What I normally do is tack lengths of 10mm square baton the width of the ramp on or cut grooves in the ramp every 1.5 inches. The groove cut method also works on bits of smooth pipe. It also helps keep the tubes clean(er) as the shed fur, dust and dander falls through. Tidy hutch by the way. Thats what my new builds look like in my head...
