  1. fame is always blown out of proportion, these famous guys can only do what every other genuine terrier man can do, and thats: work their dogs and breed good stock. you'll only meet fame if you seek it.
  2. I don't want a dog off a 2 year bitch, but if he wants one I'm sure he can line his own bitch.
  3. do what you want, if you want a pup out of it, go ahead, no matter what you say ppl on here will tell anyone not to anyway. Its your dog
  4. not always been true. Look at oscar de la hoya he took it to him and made him struggle on the back foot. Apparently oscar has given the 'blueprint' to canelo on how to beat him... still moneys on mayweather, hell slip his way through it. Points

  7. smart terrier mate, just what id have. ATB this season
  8. them Norfolk jagd kennels import studs that look like they've worked, but i think they're using there own bred bitch and it definitely aint seen much. will end up being none worker to non worker as soon as they get a decent name for emselves
  9. sometimes, if you've given enough time before you enter a dog, the fox can get into a tight enough place on some hard earths. most dogs will get frustrated and quickly lose interest, especially the hard dogs that want to be in the quarries face. depends what your after but an experience 'one of them' will quickly dig itself in as soon as it hears you approach the 'earth' .
  10. i agree to some extent keeping the good blood in you own circle, but what about the guys who cant get hold of any decent blood. at the minute round my end everyone keeps dogs, but no bitches, so theres no litters going. ive been on the look out for months, all i have is a retired 12yr bitch, and im coming across loadsa work for a dog. ive had offers, but none were the parents seen hard graft, and ive been messed around by peddlers and liars. but i suppose good litters are already sold before theyre even lined.
  11. I think if he was gonna peddle pups mate he go for a like a chuwawa worth the money not a couple 100 beddie lol it's the point he wants a pure, they are out there my cousin used to have pure doing the job and his old man did unfortunate the bitch died doing the job or he would of had that line . knew this be to much to ask a small minded site like this. He Might have one sorted bloke up west Scotland seems to have abit about him and both 6 yr old dam and 9 yr old sire seem to have done the work season after season . He off up this season see what they like before mating takes place so finger c
  12. I've dealt with a shit loada messers recently, all sound genuine, but when they get talking they slip up. Why sell so called 100% dogs, then ask for a stud for a litter.
  13. I wouldn't mind a terrier pup from grafters, whatever the breed, nevermind with papers.
  14. Imo they do the hours, but they do f**k all in them. The ones I know do f**k all but will do 60 hours a week.
  15. if you think about it, why would they want to lift the ban, us hunting folk dont kick up enough fuss for it to change, most just carry on doing it.
  16. The Difference a Quarter Makes My love of dogs has seen me travel a few miles over the years, not just trips around the UK but also as far afield as Australia and the US amongst other places. Back when I kept bull terriers, me and my mates would travel the length and breadth of Britain to go and see dogs and wed spend many an hour on the road discussing the merits of one type over another. I had an Audi back then, and it was my pride and joy. Id loved these cars for years, never thinking Id ever be able to afford one. Id had to be content running around in my 1200cc Vauxhall Nova, looking
