    Still can't walk past a nice bit of hazel,,, and I been using the basket and fiberglass for years... I know were your coming from Tomo, its them fold up saw,s that fit in your pocket to blame, i come home with allsorts some days, black thorn, privet, hazel.

    When i was younger i used to hang the Hares on the back of the Coal House door, when the wife went to get the coal in she,d open the door and the Hares used to swing out and hit her in the face, no wonder she fecked off LOL.

    nearly a full moon last night,,guessing you shone with red filter saw rabbits ,,turned lamp off,pulled filter of turned white beam on,,,to late rabbits seen you in these conditions and off they go.. I thought i might have been ok near the Motorway, white and red lights all the time plus the drone of traffic, i,ll not be able to carry all the rabbits i thought, how fecking wrong i was i, lol.

    It was abit of a crap night for it tbh, no wind and abit moony, i went to a place about 1/2 mile from a motorway for the drone of traffic to try and dull the sound of me and the dog walking through millions of dead leafs, it seemed a good idea at the time, i came home empty handed, welcome to the club lol.

    Theres two good Rabbit Dog threds on here at the mo and hardly a wrong word between any of the posters, why,s that do you think, are us rabbit types all a little bit older/wiser, or that old we just cant be arsed with arguing, what ever the reason its a pleasant change, keep the dog,s coming lads.

    [/url] Heres a pic of my Rabbiting companion although she also has a liking for ratting and the odd big bunny it it gets up under her nose.

    I used to use the bottom off a Sq plastic gallon bottle to stop the acid, my jackets always had holes in the bottom corners due to piss dribbleing out of Hares in my inside pockets, even though i pissed them, wish i could turn back time.

    I,d just like to add, i,v never driven over a field and never will do, iam from a generation that always thought if i leave no trace where i,v been, then nobody will be looking for me. Upto now its served me well.

    Its was still like that around the South Yorkshire villages untill the pits shut around 1990, most men that worked underground spent there spare time walking the fields with a dog or two, my hound used to sleep in the outside toilet and provided many a good meal, Hares mainly, no Helicopters and very few mobile phones to worry about, we had the best of days.
