  2. To true Wxm, a good mate of mine is 62 and still lamping most weeks. Although these days he dont jump the fence the same and mainly ferrets with his lurcher, and his lamping is mostly with the guns for the foxes for the keeper and farmers. But still does an all night shift though Atb

  11. I think it needs its nails trimming by the bottom pic. I think they sound a handy type for pushing out woods and the like, but me personally would rather get one out of working stuff than a preloved pet home. Not knocking it just my opinion Atb

  13. Marrige of Figaro by Le Nozze Di Figaro, it was in the film The Shaw Shank Redemption. Dont know how to put a link of it up, was played at a family funeral a month ago. Just a nice peace of music, its surprising how many classical peaces are in films. I can think of a few. Atb

  15. Firstly a lurcher and lamp ( not bothered what breeding as long as good blood ). Secondly did used to like a bit of a dig so maybe a lurcher and earthdog, again not bothered what sort as long as good bloodlines and well bred Atb
  16. There are a few deciding factors for me for kenneling separate. Firstly i do think dogs need there own space at times and can ( sometimes ) become dependent on the other dogs company at times. Also my old dog suffers with a bad shoulder and has a submissive nature and dosent want a thirteen week old terror/puppy diving all over him and swinging and biting his ears, he likes his own space. Back in the day some of the lads i knew that kenneled there,s together would kick off and start howling if you took the one dog lamping ( just saying not always the case, but can happen ).   17. Personally prefer separate, as to avoid squabbles over bones feeding bedding areas ect. Only reason i mentioned it as i put a put a pic up on another site of my new pup up in the kennels and got asked as to why i kenneled them separate. So i thought i would see what everyone's thoughts are on the matter
