    Shed Alarm

Dido, get someone to trip it for you after you've had ale and a leg over. If you can't hear it, try it again after just the leg over. If you still can't hear it get a hearing aid!
  3. 20,000 fans over here and only had 2,900 tickets!
  4. What's the best first coat of paint to put on MDF? I've had an MDF cupboard built in a bedroom and I want to paint it. What has anyone found to be the best for sealing? I intend to finish it with satinwood, thanks
  5. On twitter some vegan/anti/twat has said, "how would you like it? Why don't you put a person on a farm workers back and see if he enjoys it!" WTF! More shame on those that gave in to it
  6. Just to let the hounds and hunting folk on here know, Craggers or Ron Black as was his name, passed away yesterday. He'd been suffering with cancer and also had Parkinson's decease. Ron ran the very popular fell hunting site up until recently. I knew Ron well and spent time on the fell and also at his home with him. First and foremost, he was a hunting and hound man and hunted with some of the best on the fells. "Go and find Chappy Ron, he'll guide you now" RIP old mate
  7. Got sent this on twitter. Must have been lost when out lamping ?
  8. Rubbish football. They need to play with 6 forwards against the likes of Malta. Walker and sterling, crap. Henderson, get him off, terrible player
  9. Mush, there's over a hundred buildings empty on trust property in the lakes, all left to wreck and ruin. Rents are high and the incentive is disappearing fast for those that are still left. It's a strange world when the lives of a few foxes are put before the heritage of local people and area so beautiful
  10. In October, the National Mis-trust are voting at their AGM on whether to allow trail hunting to continue on their land. It's a big call, especially for the fell packs, whose whole existence could depend on the outcome. It looks like a few well known antis (and Christ knows what else) have managed to get this to a voting stage. If you're a member or any of your family are, please get this proposal binned and let's maintain the right to exercise and trail hunt our hounds. The fell packs are legendary, and villages and hamlets in the lakes are close knit communities. Hunting and hounds play a maj
  11. £15.11p joiners workshop. Left there and went into double glazing and fitting. 60£ a week. Loaded ?
  12. A minutes silence yesterday and today! They're scared shitless of offending anyone so go overboard in an apologetic way. And once the national trust ban trail hunting on their land, the fells will become a desert! Just seen a police force on twitter dancing at Manchester gay pride to ymca. Looked to be enjoying it too much. Useless cnuts
  13. "Don't touch the pack, I'll be right back" Have a good journey old boy, ???
  14. Listening to him last week while on holiday, I knew he was near the end. Lovely man. Took my old fella to see him a few years ago. I'd say he was a legend in the country and western world.
  15. Double spacing allows for any corrections to be made ?
  16. You can drop a chemical in but BE CAREFUL what you do if it feeds into a drain going to a river or other watercourse. Otherwise, dig out the soak away and lay fresh stone on top after clearing the blockage. It could be roots, foodstuff that's congealed etc. Also, every now and then if it's dry for long periods, fire some water through to kept it clear ?
  17. Jet it or power wash it if you can get a hose down it. Otherwise, rod it
  18. Today's chef are obsessed with Michellin stars and a sprout with gravy artistically draped over it. Load of bollocks. I'm in Crete at the moment and mousaka is a lovely meal. I've had the rabbit too
  19. My dad, worked tirelessly to give me and my siblings a better life and took care of mum for 66 years ?
  20. These people can't understand that it's possible to hunt AND be interested in conservation, their brain cells can't work it out. It's either one or the other with them but not both! I hunt and I'm also interested in conservation. I'm also tolerant. It isn't hard is it?
  21. I was half expecting Ronnie fecking Pickering to turn up. ?
  22. Ha ha, not even worth giving a comment to

    Froom

Big shout out for Chris Froom, soon to be winner of his FOURTH TDF. No matter what he's achieved he always seems to underrated and unappreciated by the British media. I wonder if he'll get a look in at the SPOTY awards this year? I admire the hard work and dedication he puts in, starting in November when he trains in the alps for the tour the next summer. Great effort ???
  24. Bet you joined in really??
