    he looks a fare lump of a dog in there bunnys with a good strong head on him too. they will be 6 months old before we know it. . Trigg I knows time don't. Still fa no man beast or dog, cryuff growing well and I believe he will be there a outs what I was looking for physically mentally who knows he a fecking nut job already when things a moving out there other than gentle has could be with other dogs people children etc lovely dog to be around atb bunnys. i cant fault my dog around the kids and other dogs i am looking forward to seeing the end product.

    Tomo, i thought i reckonised that hedge lol. its seen a few rabbits lined up in front of it over the years. well done lads ive got a nice pic from in front of that hedge aswell lol.

    £3.50 for 15 kilos all fresh the day you buy it That's cheap that is. I pay £15 for 15kg of Chicken carcass. ive been paying same money as you but i get it in 1kilo tubes allready minced.

    imo adding a good balance of meat helps with the stamina in the dogs aswell especially on those hard nights out. i feed raw mince chicken to my dogs along with dry food. and also other meats from time to time

    true collie Xs are not the only ones, ive seen dogs do it that have been heavily worked for alot of season but on a lot of different game pre ban start stalking rabbits. imo you have got a slightly higher chance of the collie X stalking from the off set.

    what about a collie/whippet if you can find one. should help the feet and add a little coat.

    you must have got lucky there. in my experience i found they learn feck all from books.

    ive got a mate who is going to start some in the new year. hes brought a load of kennels from another boarding home that has closed down so everything is upto regs he just needs to put them up and put the apropiate concrete pad down. from what i can gatther he reckons it straight forward enough to get up and running.

    are the 50 and 75 yds still available? ive just brought myself a couple of ferrets and a locator so theses would make a start on my collection of gear.

    i am sticking to my 150 great bunny bashing lamp which is adequate enough for my area. i brought the corded version from the shop it only lasted 2 months and i knackered the wiring. i have the cordless one now and so far so good. it will have a proper test this season to see how the battery holds up. from what i can gather from reading older threads the replacement batteries can be brought cheap enough of ebay. ive had the lamp apart and its straight forward enough to replace the battery as long has you have a soldering iron. great thing about it is when you drop it the spot stays the

    tell me about it. washed the dog off when i got home and you can still smell the fecker today.

    you will probably find that the dog will continue to do that as i have seen dogs retrieving injured ducks of pools that will often put there head and body under the water to try and grab a diving duck.

    funny old lot them coppers. tazer a bloke for arguing with his dad, yet they wouldnt do it to a dog thats just mauled somebody to death.

    with it being such a nice day i gave bird a call to see what he was upto and he decided to come over to take the dogs for a stroll. we decided to stay along the river bank so as the dogs could cool down as and when they wanted. my pup and buck got very well and played alot of the time. they started to play straight away a quick stop for a roll in badger sh#t through the stock another quick play heading home another couple of hours gone in the day

    i like to add to my dogs fitness by starting them off either jogging or walking with the dogs as i like to get fitter with them. i am a lamper and imo theres no substitute for gettin out there and lamping them fit. sharpens the mind up along with building up there fitness.

    ive never fed raw rabbit i always skin them and boil them for a few minutes before feeding. i know some old boys who always fed raw with the skin on, they reckon the fur is a natural way to worm a dog as the worms get wrapped/caught up in the fur and are passed naturally

    p.e at school you all had to wear plimpsils, there was never any pressure to have the best trainers as you were all the same.
