  9. thanks mate. ive just got back from the local tackle shop and for around the £200 mark they can get me on the water with a pair of diawa rods and shakspere reals, a couple of bite alarms, some tackle, landing net, and unhooking mat, rod rests. ive come away with 4 dvds thay have give me to have a watch of before making any desicions. the rods are bottom end but they tell me the rest of the tackle is a little bit better. the lad was talking to me about rigs and stuff it was totally alien to me lol. i might be able to get a better deal on the tackle once i can speak to the shop owner.
  10. i know the carp fishing game can get expensive my brother in laws mate paid a shit load of money for a bait boat with a fish finder on it and he still struggles to catch fish at times.
  11. you will need to add a price mate.
  12. i am thinking about taking up a spot of carp fishing and was wondering if anyone on here could tell me if its worth buying one of those cheap starter kits of ebay for carp fishing. 2 rods and reals, bite alarms, net, unhooking mat, some bait and a few other odds and sods for around the £100 mark. or are they just a complete wast of time? ive done plenty of trout fishing when i was a kid but i just fancy a bit of a change, i might not even bloody like it.
  13. not in any particular order but i think you can do something with a allround working dog thats got these to start with. 1 good feet 2 decent inteligence 3 decent coat and skin good feet are up there amongst the top few important things in a working dog. i also like a good brain and skin and coat on a dog aswell if you have got those then you can work on developing the heart and lungs with plenty of exercise. and just bring the dog on sensible
  14. looks to have a nice strong head on him in the top pic mate. my new pup is about a week or 2 older than yours so it will be interesting to see how they both develop. i cant get a decent measure of my pup i think hes about 22 1/2 tts, hes half malinios.
  15. lol. we put 2 table tennis balls up the exhaust pipe of a police car one night at the local youth club whilst the 2 coppers were inside arresting a lad. the exhaust pipe had a bend on the end of it we pushed them just past that. the coppers started the car reved it to pull off and it cut out they had to get it toed from there the next day. we were pissing ourselves laughing.
