  11. But if coursing bred Lurchers where used as knockabout Lurchers would the success levels be as low?or in fact an average home bred lurcher ,I have no problem with them in themselves just the constant breeding of dogs kept in poor conditions and unsocialised, and then people rating them as something a cut above.I'm not sure about ronseal,it's guaranteed to work lol coursing bred, home bred, knockoabout bred, makes no difference to me. Dogs for jobs. These days, i don't think people rate hancock dogs as a cut above. many of Hancocks pups have issues due to their early days, but most can be
  12. Ronseal dogs. They are exactly what it says on the tin. Nothing more or less. Collie grey hybrids of various, but known fractions. Hancocks business is selling pups. Not my thing. poorly fed and unsocialised. But how many folk have seen a well raised and entered dog from these kennels, in the field? As knockabout lurchers, they seem to do okay. Plummers hype made them out to be "fabulous". but most know different. If 20% go on to do a bloody good working job for their owners, thats not much different to the success ratio of some of the best coursing litters. Its just that when you breed h

some bloke got p###ed up in my local yesterday afternoon. The place was busy as there was a wedding party going on. The sneaky tw#t stole an air ambulance charity box off the bar in the hubub of the day. he was then seen sat on the railway platform across the way, smashing the box on the ground to get to his ill gotten gains. A train came through the station without stopping and smashed his legs clean off against the edge of the platform. The air ambulance attended the scene! legless twice in one day. Karma at its finest
  16. Some drug dealing paki let his bull mastif thing loose at my young pup. The pup was off lead, and barked at his dog. "get that thing on a lead before mine kills it". I called the pup back, and halfway back, she turned and barked at him, so he slipped his dog. 100lbs + vs 30lbs should have been no physical contest. Bloody thing was getting more wound up because every time it lunged at the pup she jumped over it and bit its arse. before I could get there, my old collie cross bitch appeared flat out from the woods and hit this thing like a train. Rolled it over, ragged it by the throat as it bee

  20. Register the incident with the police. That way they have it on record. It will help you and any others build a case against them for harassment/aggravated trespass in the future Alternatively, report the vehicle registrations as somebody who appears the be interfering with badger setts. They will soon get p###ed off with harassment themselves!
  21. i wouldn't class a dog, stood at a gate, barking as worrying. Its just being a bloody dog! If the dogs had jumped the gate and "harassed" somebody, then I can see why they would put in a complaint.
  22. thanks how long do you leave your traps down for after you caught them, I norm leave about 5 days then pull them out .! On a job I leave them in a few days after catching. To satisfy and re assure the customer. If they end up with another mole after I have lifted. Then that's another job. If it was my garden I had a constant problem with then I would leave the traps down permanently. Better off in the ground potentially catching than hanging up in the shed. That is until you forget they are there and run the mower over them!
  23. personally, i'd be on my toes well before that
  24. Think somebodys hacked your account Ray. Must have, 'cos you would have told us how much they weigh!
