  1. they are still alive and kicking, just twice as quiet about it
  2. line it with stockbord http://www.mcveighparker.com/product-listing/9/14/162
  3. If you think the dog is worth it, then you'd travel any distance. get a good bone man to have a feel of your dog. they can't work miracles, but not far off
  4. I just got some to put away as they were cheap. A pair of HAIX. Check them out on the web. Cheers, D. Been wearing Haix for last 12 months. dead comfy and never leaked. averaged 10 mile a day in all types of muck and bog. Wifes just bought a pair. Rarely wear wellies apart from days when they are drying out before a polish
  5. Had one of those too Tomo. Hard wearing but held water like a sponge. Leaked like fook an all
  6. I've a Linhope one. had it 3 years. been everywhere and done alsorts in it. never let me down apart from the handwarmer pockets not zipping up. not been reproofed either. Out on a cabless tractor and 6 inch of rain fell. still dry as snuff
  7. sounds like some bodies had their eye wiped!
  8. I've had my webley bolt action .410 for the last 30 years, a handy tool for pest control, whether ratting, pot shots at rabbits or pigeons, or despatch of trapped game. I have considered getting a silenced .410 with 3" chambers, but all bar one look clumbersome and unweildy. The webley, you'll have to pry from my cold, dead fingers
  9. Depends what you call local. I've had 4 within 10 steps of the back door
  10. good choice of breeding then
  11. As an all-rounder, its a good starting point. put back to a coursing dog, now your talking
  12. It helps if you've reared them by hand She's been in with them everyday since 8 weeks
  13. Try Twitter, or these guys http://www.essentiallygroup.com/Home/Sports_Media_Talent/Sir_Ian_Botham/default.aspx Thank you. no worries, and good luck

  15. bonny looking dogs, but if you want to gamble, buy a lottery ticket. If you plan on a successful working dog, I wouldn't touch one with a barge pole
  16. barrel chested windless lump, but a damn handy dog to have in the field
  17. like this? http://www.bushwear.co.uk/swedteam-overalls-camo-arktis.html
  18. looking well Andy, but does he swim as well as old Don?
  19. it does but never use them at range. only point blank for finishing stuff off
  20. Just out of interest. Why put the pellet in backwards? It acts like a more like a hollow point pellet. Transfers energy to the target, rather than just passing straight through, useful when using something as low powered as an air pistol
