    Find a fire damaged property that is structurally sound i.e foundations and walls you can pick them up for less than 50% of market value. Get the roofing, wiring ,plumbing joinery plastering and tiling done as economically as possible you should have at least 30 % equity in the house if the work is done to a good standard.bit of work involved but if you know property and construction its piss easy.

    I will take what ever slip is in front of me in fact the lads I get out with just shake their heads, if its in the same county as me it gets slipped on. Then its down to the dog to get on it or not as the case might be.     first go to a vet that knows what tjhey are doing there is a list on here somewhere you may have to travel but its worth it. The pup will have picked up with three jabs of steroids , I f a course of broad spectrum antibiotics had been given these should have been given after ascertaining if there was an infection as prescribing antibiotics blind can mask other ilness.

    some of the handbag dogs x.s cockapoo labradoodle etc are fetching anything from £500 to £850 a pop any pedigree is fetching anything up to a couple of grand so talking of £50 for a coursing dog is absolute madam. a good digging dog 4/500 quid/ a gun dog anything from a grand upwards so how are coursing dogs any less animals?, a dog is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, if its a good dog or bitch there is a return on the money when it retires from studding or litters it costs over a 100 quid for a mongrel from a dog pound so get real 50 quid

    most running dogs will chase anything that moves from 10/12 weeks old be it another pup or paper blowing in the wind . its natural even to chase each other in play so to chase a rabbit at 18 weeks woulldnt be unusual not saying it would get any where near it but chase it , I would be cocerned if a pup wasnt showing chasing instinct at 3 months any thing with prey drive will.
