My guess would be a genetic defect mate. Hes front feet look a bit 10 to 2 also , could off been calcium and vitamin D deficiency in the bitch or in his diet when young but the hopping business sounds a problem.I know some bulls show a bit hocky but that hopping business doesnt seem right.
