  1. The oil can be put in or on deadbaits...both if you fancy.Years ago we tried soakingcotton wool in oil/smelt extract and loading it into a large feeder, definetly attracted the pike, bit disheartening playing a fish to the net only to see it spit the feeder out id been thinking of doing something similar
  2. In middle of absolutely nowhere monty a neighbours very elderly very arthritic collie x gsd.dropped him back to his owners doorstep
  3. Well i took stitches out after 2wks and id say another 2wks after that you barely knew he had ever been injured.
  4. Doesnt sound that bad tbh... Im looking at my lurcher who managed to slice through 2 pads other day (nasty vet bill) and a month or 2 back ripped a 7in skin and muscle tear in his shoulder
  5. Good timing this thread as ive just bought a rod and reel... And forceps. Still trying to get to a shop for deadbait. Tell me this... Ive seen fish oils on ebay... What do you put them on? Might be a stupid question but its been puzzling me

  10. Thinking of putting up a big polytunnel... Trying to find a secondhand commercial polytunnel/mushroom tunnel frame atm But they are hard found.
  11. Fecking right I've been chased a few times, mostly due to the dog mind you. But cows and calves are a no go. You always get one stupid fecking idiot giving it the large one ! "I would of stroked it" ect ect I bet she would of stroked it off too lol you are the fanny waffling on about stroking things... Its a charolais not a bengal tiger.. Ive worked with cattle for last 10yrs. We had 5 pedigree charolais bulls at one point. The ones who would try and kill ye always seemed to be limousin x cows... Oh and most of time they charge ye they are bluffing... Seems you cant tell the difference betw
  12. So you would of gone up and gave it a good pat would you ??sure, why not! Ive had cattle tried to kill me. Every time it was a cow with young calf. I wouldnt walk a dog through strange cattle but id walk through strange cattle without a dog no problem. Feckin townies! Okay tough guy lol girl your fear of cattle is as irrational to me as those folk who are terrified of ferrets or spiders or snakes or dogs

  16. Bet any money that bull is as soft as shite... One of the most docile breeds ye can get are charolais... Been in many a pen with a charolais bull mucking out.
  17. There is a good video on youtube (think its either michael ellis or leerburg) called "so you think you want a high drive puppy" I cant post it as im on my phone but it is worth a watch
  18. If you do a f1 malinois-greyhound litter id be interested in a bitch pup.
  19. Didn't the Dutch use the Malinois to bolster the breed in the last century as they were very similar physically and mentally to the herder, makes sense as it needed new blood. Several years ago there were only a handful of breeders now like GSDs you can pick Malis up for less than £200 off donedeal so plenty of crap about which is a shame. A lot of dutch shepherds have heavy doses of malinois blood, and definately a lot of shit bred malinois about now for small money, decent malinois + dutch fetch 750+ but the difference is the parents are proven and titled and prospective owners vetted
  20. Just thought id mention. Whilst in gsd hip problems are well known. to watch out for most common problem i keep hearing about with malinois is skin/allergy problems. And dutch shepherds are considered by many malinois and dutch breeders to be the same breed but with different coat colour
  21. I would love em but i hate to say this on thl but its too far
  22. Lovely find... Miss my own ferrets now
