    Strange why this hasn't been kept "in house" as it should have been, if it is as straightforward as it sounds. It certainly isn't in the "public interest" to prosecute, I would have thought.

    Bang on with that scothunter, I was going to say the same, but the trouble is there are so many decent people who put their lives forward for this country, that get criticised, and go un-noticed that it only seems to be the acceptable heroes that get noticed. As you said, if it had of been a copper or a fireman, they would be called corrupt.

    This was a military court martial, and not a civilian court. This was the military punishing their own, if I understand correctly. There may be more to this than meets the eye.

    I always buy hunter seconds from john Norris. Usually half price and nothing wrong apart from label not glued on straight usually. Balmoral neoprene lined are great, and I usually get couple of year out of them.

    Thanks guys, been going to this part as well as others for a long time now, and would love to move up there if it wasn't for work and family commitments. Different again in the short days of winter when its grey and wet, but still better than a lot of places I have been.

    New to me this one, whats the plan? Cant give you an answer now, but I am guessing from the question this has been raiosed before? I can only assume any problems will be down to legal side of an auction and validity of how money is collected etc On the other hand, I might be barking up the wrong tree!!
