Halfway through a school refurb, steel work framing to change a pitched gable to solid wall.. composite micro rib panels, still covered in protective film... Will look smart when its finished...its mental busy still!! Got another school on the go, and 3 other jobs for a local developer...booked till next May I reckon...recession???

Big refurb this one, nearly 5000m2 of asbestos roof off, replace a lot of steel, and re roof the lot, few walls as well, some single ply flat roofing...another one to test your ability! Lol Around 9 months work for us on the first phase...took my lad in today to help me chuck the ridge liner through...put 100m of membrane Valley gutter in yesterday and 100m of ridge today...back in the office tomorrow ..give the back a break! Lol

Couldn't be assed to cook tonight, me and Mrs both got in late...we had cheese and biscuits.. Then my lad came home and had caught a mackerel earlier with his mate..."dad can you cook it for me"... he was happy! Lol

My mother in law had a pretty complex childhood, her mother was...not a decent person to say the least... mum in law ended up in care and her mother went on to have another 3 kids who was brought up unknown to mil until later on..long story .. anyway..when they all pieced their lives together and realised they were brothers/sisters they always felt there was another one...mother done a DNA test and put on ancestory website (father in law is non stop on it, god forbid he corners you as you are in for a few hours family history lesson!! Got to agree on Chisora, he's been used as a punch bag for a long time now, good solid pro but never going to achieve his dream of a world title...would like to see him retire.. AJ? Done a 3 course meal at home last night, Garlic and chilli prawns, sweetcorn puree, sweetcorn and sourdough croutons Minted lamb chops, sweet potatoes and red onions, with a natural yoghurt, feta and lemon dressing Got loads of plums here at the minute so an upside down plum cake with cream..

It was mental in June mate, we had over 30 in an hour or so one trip... out of 4 trips had around 70 bass.. nothing huge, most around 2 - 3lb but a good few around 4lb or so... been out a few times since but can't find them..dolphins everywhere though... had around 30 big mackerel the other night... I struggle to buy fish as its never the same mate, you know that more than most

I actually think Maguire is good business, he's lost at UTD and he's no where near that bad...real threat from set pieces as well, and to be fair that's a big part of West Hams game...food fit for them I reckon.. Samacca, I think that was his name, never seemed to fit for some reason, doesn't look a bad player...but like you say playing 1 up front abd sitting on your own box is fuckung hard work, not many would do it!!

I like yours and Wilfs yaps on West Ham, its good to see it from both sides of a supporter...so to speak... I do get Wilfs points about a style of play, when you look at Brighton, Brentford, Fulham etc these are clubs that in my opinion aren't as "big" as West Ham... but I think play a better style... West Ham have just sold the best player you've produced in years for over £100m and they are struggling to make signings.. they have the monet to spend, are playing European football, big stadium...they are an attractive offering to most players surely?
