Quick evening trip last night took my mate out on the boat, he was over here for a few days.. had a few mackerel and I spawned a scallop off the bottom, cleaned it for him and he cooked it last night ..also had a decent Gurnard that I filleted for him, he said it was one of the best fish he's eaten...I would agree... I had a few mackerel cooked for my dad tonight...mackerel is his favourite..

They take parties up there all set up Arry, there was a bloke there doing back flips off it! Fin reckons he showed him footage of him jumping around 100ft... had his mates in the water splashing to break the surface tension...f**k that!! Lol

This is in Launceston mate, so off the moors ..and old quarry... another popular spot for it, can't remember the name of it though...ill ask him later.. He said there is all different height ledges, the one in the pic is the highest, he said he just had to jump and not think about it...don't think.my head would let me now!! Lol

My lad was never into football or rugby etc.. always into surfing, climbing etc... now he's out and driving he can get to the things he likes a lot easier..makes you a bit anxious as a parent...especially when its jumping off 40ft cliffs into a quarry...kids eh!

Yeah they've made stupid offers for Ward Prowse, I think hes a tidy player mate and not your typical Moyes player either..you couldn't have him doing the type of work he had Rice doing thats for sure... not sure of his age but scored goals from midfield in a shit side for a few seasons... not a bad signing imo if it comes off... I think we talked about it before mate, there's a lot more to his game and I think he'll flourish in an attacking side... West Ham have over 100m to spend off him alone, they are making offers for Ward Prowse, who wouldn't be a bad signing to be fair... they need a striker as well imo, Antonio is not the man anymore ....

Yeah he did look awful, but I think Crawford fought the perfect fight .. I wouldn't like to take away from Crawford a career defining win because of Spencer poor performance, although I agree that he didn't look good... What next for each of them?

Like all of us, I've no idea! Lol it would seem like Fury wants it all his own way and the others won't accept it and make the fight... If Joshua beats whyte in a couple of weeks its then being touted he'll fight Wilder...why? Neither holds a belt and Joshua is running out of time, surely the only fight that needs making is with Fury... but... there's tons of money in Saudi for the fight.. I dont think we'll see Fury v Joshua and I dont really care anymore tbh
