Some very nice gestures here lads, if between us something could be set up I would be glad to donate/ help,..... Let a little time pass maybe his wife will have a cause which she would like donations or proceeds from events set up to go too....

Just in from lamping, see a post about Craigy on the I phone and expected good news, I just feel gutted now....... As many others I never met the man but always looked for his posts and genuinely laughed out loud at some and enjoyed reading most....... it's funny how we all share this strange cyber space connection and it's plain to see he made an impact on people even though they had never met him, that must be the mark of a good man....... My deepest condolences to his family and friends........ Rest in Peace Craigyboy.......

Your right there gnash its definitely a long road, my dad had small parts of his front lobe removed, they said it was bruised like an apple, it's had a small affect on his behavior, but he lives a completely normal life now...... Considering at one point we were told he wouldn't pull through, then at best he would be mentally and physically handicapped for life.... We can only hope and pray for Craig's full recovery and I would say to his family have faith in the doctors and the way Craig comes over on here he'll fight like hell and I try believe that makes a big difference.....

I've got miendl boots, comfy, waterproof and lasted a few years and still going strong..... I use mead foot oil on them to protect them, prefer boots and gaters to wellies.....

ideation, we do very similar hedges get as many holes as we can but net the runs and use a couple of stop nets on the outside..... Would be f#cked without the dogs though, the terrier is very useful on the top, although by the sounds of your whippet he thinks he's a terrier lol, fair play to you getting in amongst it thoug, there's plenty that won't..... They don't know what they're missing lol

Jamie Lol, got a few mates in the marines who keep me supplied, that's not me in the photo, my trouser had ripped from my balls to my ankle in the morning much to the amusement of Micky........

Good write up and pics lads... That's a proper hedge for sure, most of our permission is big solid hedges, I can only dream of open buries lol..... Nothing like numb hands for the following week and picking out thorns for days lol........ Brons come on well Johnny really like the look of her.... Do you net all the holes or put nets in the runs through the top of the hedge?

Good luck on the release, I hope some of the people who shouldn't be on a hunting site read this and at least for 1 minute realize people who are involved in field sports have far more respect and knowledge of the countryside than they could ever dream of...... Well done to you and your kids....

The defining moment of our lifetime, I will never get my head around it and every year when the footage is shown again it gets no easier to watch yet for some morbid reason you can't help it.....
