in a perfect world,,,,,,but evry night is difrent,,, evry place is difrent,,,,each quarry is diffrent,,,, lamping rabbits on the dales , when there's alot,, my lamp stays on alot,,it also genraly stays on when they miss a rabbit,,, as very often theres another making a bid for freedom,,,, so its pointless getting the dog back first... also on that land its so humpy and bumpy and so dark ,, you would be on your arse evry min.....not only that theres often rabbits sat over the next bump then theres diffrent quarry,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Thinks thats it mate.... most know how it should b

Take my lad mate he's 6 he loves ratting and comes out ferreting sometime took my little girl for a couple of hours last season she's 4 now she loves the ferrets, my eldest girl don't want to know...... Might ruin her nails...lol

Congratulations mate best thing in the world, my youngest started school yesterday me, the wife her big sister the grandparents all took her up the school she was proud as punch in her uniform ,I tried to act tough as I swallowed the lump in my throat, nothing gets you like your kids mate....... The lad I walk out with has a bull x, a big lump at that, recall excellent, retrieve rabbits straight to hand his size means he ain't going to turn on a sixpence but his tenacity makes up for it if a rabbit does make the hedge they better be in the hole cause he ain't stopping. There's a lot of strings to his bow comes ferreting too doesn't mess the nets, marks and is generally always well behaved. He puts the time in though 3/4 nights a week out and up 5 30 every morning. But he pulls like f$ck on the slip, can't have everything..... -

My opinion I got mine for rabbiting ( she's the litter sister to troters) I was getting back into it after a while out and it was a x Id fancied for a while. A mate had one years ago and it was a good little rabbiting dog I had a whippet x as a kid who was bright and constant companion I didn't want a first x and waited for a 3/4 1/4 whip bed to turn up. She's turned into a capable rabbiting dog, she's stock broken works with the ferrets well and catches on the lamp. Took her a while to develop and I'd say at t

Aint good for you insulation mate done a asbestos awareness course recently and they said on that there's a lot of sh#t in insulation which can hang around for years wish I knew that years ago when we would cut anything without thinking about it, used to cut asbestos roof sheets with no protection wouldn't do it now mind.
