Your right there mate, That first mullet Fin had, he was telling me I was striking too early and all sorts.. Next thing he says here dad let me sit on you box and have a go, the tip goes round, he strikes and he's hooked another bloody mullet.. Lol... He's told everyone he had to teach me how to strike lol... They know it all at 8 these days lol... I expect we were the same though..

The 3 in the pic were caught quite far up the river on maggot... Bread is alway good, also caught them on the little maddies ( small harbour rag) you find in the silty shitty mud in the estuaries/ tidal rivers..

There's 2 separate issues to this... 1) you f****d up and left your kids, and paid the ultimate price...... 2) now should you f**k off quietly and try to get on with whatever's left of your life.... or should you keep kicking up a stink and being a complete nuisance in the slim hope you may see your child again..... If ever they are found guilty of hurting their own child then the whole thing changes IMO

There's no argument against leaving little kids alone whilst you go off for a meal, drink whatever.... They have to live with that, I know I couldn't, your role as a parent is to protect your kids, you shouldn't leave them in a situation where you can no longer protect them IMO....hanging them, locking them up etc will not hurt as much as the knowledge you've let your child down and failed the basic Parental role of protection....as on evidence ( not hear say, conspiracies etc) they have not been charged with hurting their child, so are they not right to keep this in the public eye for ever...

I don't normally watch Exeter much, but this weekend I was invited up by a good mate to watch the City v argyle game plus a bit of grub and few beers, It was a great day, a good 3-1 win for City and a load of faces I haven't seen for a while... But f**k I was rough yesterday 12pm start 3am finish...

Tbh Wilf, our firm is bigger now than I expected and probably a bit big for the structure in place... We're working on it though...Problem is in essence we're site lads, I'm not stupid but I'm not naturally an office type.. I've started to put the right people around us now so it should get easier ( f*****g hope so I'm knackered lol)... But I've a mate similar to the bloke your talking about ( not so big but set) he said to me a whole back that now he has no everyday worries, he still works everyday but does the work he wants to.. It just depends where you want to get to I suppose... Fai

It really does come down to they mate, contracting is a constant ass covering operation... And like you say, the jumped up contracts managers, qs's etc are the bane of our lives... There's also some very decent ones out there, who appreciate your efforts and reward you as it should be...

it would boil my blood that....and if it ment my company going under after all the hard work thats been put in, well, i dont think words can describe the pain anger, ect ect, i hope they get theyr money some how ........... They won't get they're money mate, there is no company to left to be payed.. Any money now will be equally shared to the creditors still owed... The lads were good and didn't cut and run, that could've taken a few with them..

My dads got a decent book ( sorry don't know the name) you'd probably find all you want on the Internet though... I only grab a few field mushrooms from time to time, a mate of mine is dead keen though, collects all sorts of types, ceps, sharrels etc... I would end up killing us all lol..
