I didn't want to embarrass him too much mate, Dave looked really awkward on that side of the hedge as Sam and Kelly skipped along hand in hand to dispatch the next bunny Cheers Tomo, it was as good as you could hope for on a big place mate, the rabbits are as green as grass though, it's an untouched place. Sunday was the day to hit SeanC's permission where last year we had bagged up, it was all planned, as many ferrets as poss, as many longnets, gate nets, stop nets etc as poss, and and the same gang as last year to hit it hard. So black friday came and went leaving me with a sore head and a ruined (water logged) phone, luckily Mick was coming round so our arrangements were made, 7am meet just off the A38......At 6 am I'm over the playing fields with the dogs ( no dogs allowed today so an early run for them), nets loaded, 5 ferrets boxed, get to our meeting place early, and wait, and wait a bit

dominican republic last time I was there was in jail for 2 and a half days lol you g girl in the jail 11 year old chained to the wall with her ankles . Brother, sister in law and kids, mum, dad, plus sister in laws folks and brother have just taken off from gatwick on their way to Dominican rebublic.... We were going for various reasons it fell through... At least I can go out hunting over Christmas..... I'm not jealous...... Honestly lol

Friday I'll be treating my bunch of misfits to a day out, don't mind Black Friday see a lot of faces you don't see all year and have the Craic.. A mate of mine worked in the tax office in town, they asked us to play their Christmas do... It was in their offices, we set up amongst office desks and swivel chairs ( i was about 21 at the time), played our gig as a bunch of suits got pissed and pretended they liked us lol... The irony was being paid in cash from a tax inspector lol...

Heard that a bloke was killed recently because he was parked in a disabled bay and someone took offence that he wasn't disabled ( his wife was and she was in the shop), he got chinned, banged his head and died... There dangerous places these car parks, particularly around the disabled zones it would appear lol

Well done mate looks nice hedges there, a little tip that may help is to save netting lots of holes, put large purse nets in the runs in the hedge, cut off there runs and you'll catch we'll also if you have rabbits running the hedge bottom and not out into the long net, try zig zagging the long net so it cuts off the run along the hedge...it'll save you buying gate nets for a while anyway.. Great write ups and pics mate, keep at em..

Real one every time.... they're a ball ache, needles every where but prefer them to fakes personally... I put it up on the 9th Dec, 6 years ago on the 9th my missus waddled down stairs to see mine and the 2 kids handy work on the tree, she was near ready to pop with Isla, in her pregnant hormonal state she started to cry saying it was the most beautiful tree ever.... pregnant woman are a little nuts .... well the tree set her off, and later that night Isla was born, so it always goes up on her birthday now ....
