On most big jobs I find the little man will not get a look in no matter how good he may be, it's like trying to get a 14 year old kid not to wear cloaths from the market it's not going to happen they onlylooking at the brannded names...imo -

Got the book yesterday my self it's a nice easy read and some good picks to go with it as well, I have left it open on the pick of tommo and put it on the fire place to keep the kids away from the fire...
