It sounds like your mother wants an easy life and let her do whatever she wants.This makes it very difficult for you to try and talk sense to your sister.All you can do is tell your mother that you`re disappointed with her and try and get on better with your sister and see if she`ll see you as an influential figure instead of a nagging big brother. You`re right..Also to get the benefits from creatine you need to force the water into you.Dogs could never drink more than they want so would end up cramping if worked reasonably hard.

You`re right.I thought I remembered it was lighter than a kilo but in fact it`s lighter than a pound(454g).

are they light weight TD Yes mate, 900g I think.Tie a cord to the handle and you can`t feel it around your neck.

I`ve had one for the last 2 months(previously had clubman, 140 lance and the 170).This is the best lamp out of them all.No wiring,light at f--k,really good long beam.I highly recommend this lamp.

If an animal is cold it burns more calories up to keep it`s body temperature normal.Hot food would get the dog`s optimum temperature back up quicker.Most lads give their dogs more food/calories in the very cold weather to keep them in good condition and less in the summer months as they don`t need as much.

not if you run your hands over the dog daily. I give my dog a rub down every day, especially before lamping and check feet before and after lamping. I also brush him out once a week along with nail clipping routinely.So just depends what your like I suppose. Just to add, my rough dog does smell, but Iv had smooth coat dogs smell near enough as much, one oatterdale I had absolutely stunk and I do give them wash down time to time. You`re a hell of a lad
