Watched a couple of reviews last night. Not really a bullpup fan, or even some of the semi bullpups, but I like these. Look like not too much to go wrong with them. Will do a bit of research on them later, they are really catching my interest ?

Same here. The more I see/hear of them, the more I want one. Look really good. Looks a proper workmanlike air rifle, no bells and whistles, I like it ?

Not being flippant mate ?. But the deadlift is a far safer exercise for most people, especially with a parallel-grip trap bar, and works more of the body, about two thirds of your whole musculature, and will be just as, or even more effective at metabolizing your body than squatting. Squatting, if you can do it, is still a great ecercise ?

Especially for katchum and lurcherman. Progressive overload. Get good quality sleep. Keep it brief with basic/compound exercises, deadlifts, shoulder presses, bench, dips, leg press, not all in the same workout. Squat if you can, it just does NOT suit alot of people. As things get a little harder, still not quite recovered from last workout, tired or whatever, add an extra day of rest between workouts. Don't be a slave to your routine, if you're still tired, take an extra day off. Don't train for more than an hour. Keep cardio to a minimum. Just do enough to wa

Exactly. Round about this time of year I start scouring the fieldsports equipment suppliers, in a quest for the ultimate collar that'll be suitable for tall brindle mousehounds to wear. Not as easy as it sounds. I don't have the necessary skills to make my own, and finding one with the exact, correct amount of burnishing in the metal, so that it 'glints' off the lamplight in the right way is proving to be nigh on impossible, BUT, I'm a determined sort, so I'll keep searching ?

I fear you are correct mate. I've tried, and succeeded, pretty much, with my eldest lad, 28, as much as I could, with the things I've learnt and been shown over the years. But my youngest, 11, who I've tried with, is only sort of interested in fishing really, not really into dogs or guns, and is more into all this technology caper really. Does my head in if I'm honest, but the way things are these days, feels like I'm not going to get far lol ?
