Law just been passed, if you don't like seafood, you are gay ?
-
Get things off your chest mate, you'll feel better ? ? Ps, coconut curries, ???????
-
What I will say though, is that in every contact sport, you get the likes of barton, mcregor, etc that think they are above the law, common decency and respect. They certainly are not. Don't care how good anyone is in their particular sport, if they act a total c**t, which the above mentioned do, they should be thrown out of that sport, sooner rather than later

Never played football, apart from in school, not my game I'll say no more

Yeah, the england thing is about the only thing that's ok

Does it matter? After archie put the link up of his offences over the last 14 years, you think he's legendary! The prick can seemingly abuse and assault people 3 or 4 times a year whenever he feels like, for 14 years, and you think he's legendary?!! And that was just up til 2016. Comes third on the list of c**ts, behind Gavin grant and Robin friday. Yeah, what a legend?!!! I thought you were a sensible fella wilf

Yeah, that's how it should be. But the way it is these days, when the people involved should be setting a good example of their particular sport to the general public, and generating the money they intend getting paid etc, you'd think they'd have more sense. Seems not to be the case with a few individuals though. And I know a few stupid things have happened over the years, but mcgregor is bringing more upset to sport than anyone else

1889, fullerton/troughend, 1890, 1891, 1892, fullerton. Say no more. Modern dogs would get nowhere near that

f**k me, you'll be as bad as max with his man crush on fury at this rate. Eveyone knows who he is because of all the hype, shite and trouble, same as fury. And like I said a few weeks ago, the sooner the likes of fury and mcregor are out of professional fighting, the better. And as fighters/boxers go, you're right to a degree, the likes of those I don't give TWO fucks about ?

He's a c**t ? He's still a c**t ? Cos he's a c**t ? Still a c**t ? After a few more run ins with the law, the c**t wil be reduced to behaving more of a c**t than he already is. I can't stand the c**t ?

Katchum, £22.95 including delivery, amazon. Build muscle lose fat look great. Really is superb ?
-
Looks good, got a more simplified version of it in one of stuart mcrobert's books. Still, looks good though ?
-
A few of mcrobert's books here wk. Brawn.. Beyond brawn The muscle and might training tracker Build muscle lose fat look great There are others, but that last one pretty much nails everything you will need to help you progress , and, just as importantly, avoid overtraining. Hope this is of some use to you mate ?

No, I hope I don't come across as being big headed here mate, and am not telling you what to do, but doing a 5x5 routine is maybe a little advanced if you're just getting into it, as it encourages you to push to your maximum, which you shouldn't be doing yet for a while really. There's absolutely loads of information etc about training out there, but most of it doesn't really help someone new to training, and without knowing you pretty well, no--one apart from yourself, will know what's going to suit you as regards training frequency etc etc. It'll be alot of trial and error to begin with, and

Apart from deadlifting, I love using dumbells for practically everything else. As gnasher, I think, has already said, using dumbells brings more of the ancilliary muscles, together with the main muscle group, into play more than barbells ?

Nothing stupid about asking questions ?. I'd also like to add, don't listen to 90% of the shit people tell you regarding weight training, especially a steroid head that doesn't compete, we all know the types lol, and like I said in the beginning, when things start getting harder, or you find it difficult to complete your session, add an extra day of rest between sessions. Don't try to increase the weights your lifting too rapidly. And keep things progressing ? By the way, not suggesting anyone who's posted on this thread is a steroid head lol ?

Don't do two days in a row mate, at least for the first six months. Rest as much as you can when not working. Splitting your routine, so you can train two days in a row, especially in the beginning, will invariably get you overtrained. Working the hours you do, I'd only train twice a week, that's plenty. Don't be tempted to do more mate, just train hard, but not too hard in the first few weeks, then rest as much as you can, while still fulfilling your work obligations etc. Train, eat, rest/sleep ? And do whole body routines, it's the best way, and the most productive for most normal
