had an invite today from one of THL finest lad , met at daybreak in some far away place , it was a lovely morning ,rabbits everywhere to be seen , first warren a quick 3 bolts ,then 6 quickies again from the next one all good clean rabbits , i used a quickset plus purse nets but after the first warren it was easier to use the quickset (one of nelsons ) doing one warren we watched a stoat a field away catch & tussle with a rabbit in the middle of the field awesome to see , anyway the stoat left the rabbit still alive but in shock so my [BANNED TEXT] ran over to get the shell shocked bunny

if you turn left out of bude chris that areas called the dishes theres a little church hidden up a valley next to them on the way up to hartland (good bass area )

js ramsbottoms sell them £70 ish wind and elevation adjustable you can get cheaper ones £49 but the £70 are the best if its a 30ml tube the code is atp 66

my m8s just got his ,its excellent but to get complete accuracy he bought the adjustable mounts 3 shots bang on then instead of a load of messing zeroing beforehand , damn good unit

we used to book a week in boscastle cornwall big spring tides may/june every year ,the porgies came in to pup so the skippers said we had some fantastic fish there 2 over 300lb 1at 240lb lots of others ,then the potters started putting flyers on the pot lines catching lots of shark glad they are protected now , years ago they were massacered in the southern approaches one newlyn boat killing over a 100 ,theres porgies available to catch now budes a good starting point if you check about ,ive had then 200yds offshore & seen lads in towable boats catch them
