    i have travelled over 12 miles around the coast to fish a few yards off the coastline just to target certain areas when bassin , one place i fish ,my livebaits no more than a few feet off the shoreline , but you just couldnt walk there easier by boat

    im my estimation ferrets a wonderfull social creature i have a 6ft high floor to ceiling ,set up with 4 compartments & a big run each day i let them loose for an hour & everytime i go back in they are all cuddled up together , i also think it helps them work together , i gave up on jills last year ,nothing wrong with them at all but just keep hobs now & when the go all queer like they do ,i put each one in his own compartment , mine are purely workers ,even if i didnt work ferrets i wouldnt keep one on its own they need company

    good shooting stuart a so called mechanic worked on my fuel pump it cost me £300 to get it put right with car off the road for 5 days

    my friend said he had a farmer asking for someone to ferret his land as he has hunting horses there & earlier on in the year ones leg was broken after falling into a bunny hole , i went for a recce ,there was lots of well used runs lots of warrens (no signs of any ferreting digs ) but it didnt just feel right , the farmers brother walked round with me , i said i think the rabbits have been took either at night by longnets or lamping , he said no theres rabbits everywhere , so off me & my buddy went next day , 6 big warrens & a lot of net setting 4 hrs not a bloody rabbit to be seen

    stuart (archiekale) & myself went to do a banking for one of his farmers yesterday , rabbits had done a hell of a lot of damage to a turnip field ,place was stripped bare halfway across , with a combination of purse ,long & stop nets , we netted the entire banking up , rabbits played ball & was bolting for fun easy ferreting at last lol (except crawling about under thorn trees on a vertical bank can be classed as easy ) anyhow after 6 hrs & 47 bunnies later , job done , farmer watched us for a while ,happy as can be untill i jokingly mentioned a bit of diesel money bugger me
