myself & stuart (archiekale)was on one of his perms yesterday, in the area around a big old country house , we have battered this area over the years but the bunnies allways come back not strong but enough for a days ferreting , anyhow over the day purse netting several small warrens we took 22 all good clean rabbits , the thing is 3 off the rabbits was really long in the body several inches longer than the rest ,i have never in all my years seen a strain like these ,i call them greyhound rabbits lol ,hopefully when photobucket uploads i can post a pic , cheers

bloody rats did 17 of my canaries one night ,i was so angry i lifted the shed up next morning , fecker escaped my terriers but in 2 weeks i trapped 13 in my fenns old lad next door was putting heaps of food out for squirrels drawing the rats in , they was all under his decking ,

soon as my pups are able ,i allways let them in the ferret pen everyday when i clean them out water and feed the ferrets so my pups grow up with ferrets around them plus ferrets know the dogs too i find it the best way to break them to each other ,none of my ferrets has ever bitten a pup & like wise with the pups ,in fact they play together in the pen , best of luck with your pup too

its a strange one on my main perm ,every wood is almost complete rabbit holes & every wood has badger setts in them , i have ferreted 30yds away from any sett & rabbits bolt from the main holes ? they all connect around these woods ,even though i give them a wide berth & i have never had a problem up to now

cracking pics neil , have you tried the quickset system up there ,as you know its a lot quieter to set than purse nets ,so bunnies bolt easier well they do for me lol

3 scroats two doors away from my house robbed a owd girls garden shed then tried to break into her house with a shovel ,the cops came quick as , they was looking for them i said there they are a field away creeping up an hedge bottom caught one of them locked him up all day then released him without charge wankers ,that was 2 days ago ,, good job the feckers didnt enter my property i tell ya

let me clarify this ,i have a mk1 knocker box with collar i want mk 3 collars in exchange thanks or some deal -
i paid £100 off nvuk for my set up as i allready have the IR ,i cant fault it at all ,it has its place as do all others ,but if your ratting or waiting for bunnies in a fixed position once set up it outshines most units double its cost ok its a screen but its easy enough to get a filter screen when walking about its a pain having to keep stopping & reparralaxing , but for £100 its superb , best thing is to look at as many different units you can before you make your choice https://www.(!64.56:886/photo.php?fbid=638621586247772&set=pcb.738545639560894&type=1&theater

myself & stuart (archiekale) was out on the rape crops yesterday loads about wind was blowing strong which i like for keeping them moveing , stuart opted for a big field where numbers of birds was feeding on , i went to another battered field , lots about but not an easy day as they are on rape ,finished the day with 78 not a record breaker but busy enough they came in good to the magnet if i had shot better easy over 100 day but we all have good & bad days shooting lol my phone pics are crap maybe stuart will post better pics
