  1. cracking pups....i have a dog bred the same way as sire and cant say a bad thing about him, these pups should make some handy workers and a steal at that price......good luck with the sale! matt
  2. now thats a proper staff!!! never been a big fan of the breed mainly due to the tracksuited muppets in brum who stand outside pubs and shops thinking they are badboys...not the dogs fault i know!!!! but that is a belter mate!!!!!!

  8. try brook end vets near tamworth. andre pretorious, south african fella runs the place and he is the vet who attends hall green races. might be worth a try. he has sorted a few of my dogs for various things. matt
  9. dont have a working dog if you cant afford to maintain it if somthing goes wrong! vets aint cheap as i know to my considerable cost, insurance is the best thing to soften the blow, no one likes being ripped off, but working dogs get injured and if you aint prepared for the costs then dont have a dog in the 1st place. rant over! matt

fear and loathing in las vegas city of god gran torino dumb and dumber time bandits plus many more!
  16. had a seemingly inocuous eye injury on one of mine a few years ago, turns out a twig/grass seed/bit of crap had gone into the eye and came back out again, got refered to a to specialist whos 1st question was "are you insured" when i said yes she explained to me that the initial op would cost upwards of £2000 then all the follow up check ups and meds would make it around £3000...the vet worked miracles and all was well in the end. very complicated op with the whole eye being removed and taken apart and messed about with is the best way i can explain it. hope the dog come good, and i hope you g
  17. ive got a beddy/whip x grey,23" and smooth coated, not the exact same breeding as yours but i wouldnt be without him! he is 7 now and was like shit off a shovel when he was a bit younger, but with his loss of pace has come a wealth of experience.....some would say lazy, i prefer to say clever....most of the time! matt
  18. im pretty sure you can get deeper spools for em, maybe a look on ebay, theers loads of mitchell 300 stuff including spares and stuff! never had a thing go wrong with mine and its been in the drink more times than i can remember! good luck with getting back out on the bank and putting a bend in your rod! matt
