  3. aghhhhhhhhhhh, been looking for this type of lurcher collar for a while! bought one very similar from the fat guy at the warwick hunt show, was his last one, dont think its as well made as these though.....i shall be measuring and placing my order v soon! thancks for the link!!! matt
  4. i once ran a pinapple, managed to get away through a heard of deer and straight into a badger sett......that exotic enough for you?
  5. keep her mate, im sure they will all gel at some point.......my wheaten cross cant stand my youngest dog (mainly jealousy and attention seeking) but he just tollerates him and all is forgoten when they are out in the field.....pups eh.....who'd have em? lol matt
  6. tidy pup mate and a proper price, hope she gets a good home, wouldnt mind it seeing how it turns out, been interested is a cross like this for a while. but got my "pack" for the time being matt
  7. "does your mom know your out scaring people this late at night?"
  8. classy bitch mate, cant see alot getting away from her, wouldnt want to be a fox round your way! matt
  9. sell it as a 100% allrounder.....or just leave her be if she is catching in her own way, not all dogs want to bomb around at 100mph just to suit the owner who dosnt want to walk as far, i have 1st hand experience. i have possibly the "laziest" dog in the world but wouldnt be without him. matt
  10. sold it as it wouldnt retrieve red stags at 11 months old! if not r.i.p. your dogs........plenty people wanting an older dog just as the seasons getting into full swing! matt
  11. lines, lines, lines, f*****g lines, pics, pics, pics,f*****g pics......calm the f**k down fella, what i know about digging could be written on the frilly bit of a stamp, but im pretty sure theres lads on here that know more than you and i put together and they are probably bigger than yourself and madder than raul moat on crack, best stick to doing what your doing and probably stop gobbing off and threatening people you dont know on a public forum!
  12. kinda got into a rut of using the savage 4play hard lures, but they are doing the biz for me, nothing massive but plenty of sport on em...and a few mepps spoons never go a miss, also tempted to get a few of the 4play soft lures for the winter! matt
  13. i occasionally stray the wrong side of the fence so to speak, but i look at it a different way.......if someone was walking round my back garden doing things they shouldnt then i would be pretty pissed off, faced with a gobby little chav i wouldnt hesitate to shoot his dog, id think twice if they just buggered off with a "sorry". we all know when things can get a bit ropey.....you pays your money, you takes your chances! ive been threatened, but no farmer is gonna shoot a dog on a lead walking away......just walk off and say sorry and hope you still have 4 fully inflated tyres when you get to
  14. pay silly money for the privalige of going to a nothing more than a big outdoor market. no deals to be had anymore! i wont be wasting my money! matt
  15. too old my arse, if she enjoys it and is mobile enough then why not? my oldest aint quite that old, he is the wrong side of 7, and makes the younger mutts look a bit daft at times. plenty of runs and marks from the old dog yet! keep at em! matt
  16. i know a dog just like that RFYL, in fact he is lying on his back on the sofa next to me right now.....he is scared of his own farts for godsake! and yes.....he is 22", but still cant abide cats no matter how much he is told otherwise! some dogs will, some dogs wont, but i think there is a better chance if entered properly i.e. later rather than sooner! matt
  17. lurcher = bastardised greyhound, whippet or saluki, try telling the insurance its not a lurcher but its a mongrel, they aint having it!
