it aint only in ireland some big names from this side hunt all year round. dont stop at all and then wonder wht theres a shortage come the season proper.

have got pissed a few times but 99% teetotal cant stand the taste of any drink. can honestly say if i never had a drink for the rest of my life it wou;ld not bother me in the slightest .

imo fen hares are the hardest to catch but places like salisbury plains and surrounding aresas soon find out the ones that really want it or not flint and stones and strong hares all make a hard catch.

i think that cmw supports the hunting ban ,the publicity it gives to the police and theyre para military tactics ,you never see or hear tcmw ever give support to over turning the ban or coming out and supporting lads who have had dogs and vehicles took of them by police ,who basically have no evidence of wrong doing because most of the time ,the suspects have been stopped on the road .nor do you ever see tcmw ,ever publish articles advising people of theyre rights etc ,id never buy that toilet paper of a magazine its full of bullshit and manned by fools .there thats my rant over ,cheers boyo m

its ok to say tough shit its your opinion but when its a load of old cobblers 150 hounds you really are showing your naevity and ignorence of the facts.yes you are entitled to your opinion but try and keep to a realistic opinion .99%of antis veiws are based on what other people have said not what they have seen for themselves .

just finished painting all the kennels wormed and deflead the dogs but dont really suffer with fleas . bathed them done their nails back and vomited them out started their fitness about a week ago so time to start stepping up the fitness and road work ready for the season ahead .soon be time for them to step on the gas .

see theres a peice in the countrymans this week about a six man police task force set up in lincoln to tackle and stop the coursing myself i reckon the police want something better to do yes its illegal but so is loads of other stuff and they aint doing much about that .imagine the money this is costing the taxpayer 6 coppers on full pay plus overtime plus squad cars and all to stop people chasing a long eared rabbit .we in this country gotta be the laughing stock of europe when you think how much other serious crime is out there .

myself i love speed always have and always will had a first cross of hancock in his very early days very obediant and good lamp dog but by two year old was picking what it wanted to run . this bitch was a tremendous jumper and was nearly unbeatable in high jumps and if run doubled up always caught in front of anything which was strange because she was the slowest lurcher i have ever owned but had the knack of being in the right place .eventually got fed up of her picking her runs and gave her to a mate of mine who thought iwas of my head for getting rid of her ,but at this time was in to the

imo the best estate out there for the dog game for under a grand is the peugeot 406 deisel roomy great on juice and go round the clock afew times no trouble at all . and a bonus very comfortable motor.

no matter what people say about the shows and racing they have been very good for the overall welfare of the dogs themselves and all those knocking shows try running one yourself weeks and months of hard work and all for the good of the sport with no financial gain for themselves just the pleasure of seeing like minded folk enjoying a day out with people like themselves .so next time someone thinks lets slag one of the shows of have a think if you would fancy the job yourself . -

sorry to hear your news but hard as it is everytime you let them off the lead theres a chance something could happen but by the law of averages it usually doesnt thank god .most been in same position at some time but old saying but very true time is a great healer go and get another to take your mind of it .atb .

Fair point , that photo of the breakfast is killing me I just want to jump into the screen and devour it. austin i was thinking the same thing picture you put up are great but that brekkie looks something else .lol. -
had a running dog of some kind from the day i was born in them days it was a whippet or whippet cross been asked loads of times over the years why i do what i do but hard to explain that its just something i love with a passion . if i was forced to give one concrete reason what it is i love i think it would boil down to how mutch i love watching a lurcher whippet greyhound or any other running dog running looose galloping .i even stop when driving if i see a running dog running about .

i was over judging the clondulane show a few weeks ago and nothing wrong with that irish show, very well run and managed great prizes and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and the craic. also great hospitality from the organiser and all the irish i met including the owners whose dogs i judged .and must say real top class of lurchers over there as well if this is a typical irish show it gets big thumbs up from me . -
those chinese swimmers have come on leaps and bounds since morecambe bay .
