Finally got a couple of picture's of my phone..the 5 egg's together in the Goldfinch nest before i took 2 away to go under the mule..and the nest with the chick's in is the 3 goldie chick's under the goldie hen..they are bigger than the one's the mule is rearing but they are all still doing well..the picture quality is not good as i took them with my cheap crappy mobile..

I was working on a place several year's ago and the office block was all stained window's that resembled big mirror's so to stop all the bird's flying into the widow's Peregrine Falcon transfers where randomly placed around the window's which done the job.. i know it's a different problem but it might work... you can also get Peregrine kite's that go on a long stick.. not sure if the Corvid's would be too clever for those though..

Try something different like a tennis ball or another favourite toy and don't over do it or get stressed the pup will pick up on it...just make it one big funny game with all the silly noises and laughing mixed in as though you where playing with a child.. .. personally i don't like using rabbit skin dummies with pup's as it can distract them and usualy they try to pull it to bit's or eat it instead of bringing it back to you.. also have a game of tug a war with the pup if it will and keep letting go..in the end if you do it right the pup will be ramming it in your hand.. http://s1238.ph

I flew a male Gos for several year's and he was like lightening of the fist..he did manage to bind to a wood pigeon on one occasion but that was pure luck as he was already chasing one that was leaving him for dead just as another shot out of a hedge infront of him.. it still got away though as he grabbed a foot full of feather's.. What about something with a good lump of stamina like a Gyr x Saker or another Gyr X ...but from the nightmare stories i have heard you are better of avoiding pigeon's like the plague unless you are good with telemetry and fit as fook..

My other 3 goldie hen's are doing nothing Fireman and my greenie hen is sat on infertile egg's.. i'm not having a good start to this year but 5 upto now is better than nothing..if i had left these another half of a day the ring's would not have went on..

Well.. deer god i have just stopped shaking.. .. my Goldie hen popped 5 little vessel's out several week's ago so i only thought it would only be fare to stick 2 under a goldie mule hen who was obviously sitting on dud egg's.. just to give her a chance to do what nature intended and raise some young.. .. anyway this plan has worked a treat on the bird's behalf but by Christ where they hard to ring... they are fat as butter and only 4 day's old.. and i can honestly say them ring's will be staying put.. .. Twice a year for me with adult dog's on average.. .. if i notice coat condition going down hill or tape worm in the poop i worm when required.. i also frontline or stronghold them at the same time.. it work's for me so i won't fix what is not broke..
