    Paul i had them in the house when i was a kid.. i can remember one time when they built a nest on the curtain rail above the front room window.. it only took them about 1hr from start too finish..

    Used to have half a dozen of those wee birds. I'm sure it is Aswell mate Noisy wee buggers when they get started lol I bred them many year's ago when i was younger.. they are like rat's with feather's on them when they start breeding..

    That Goldie cock that took a beating is still alive by some miracle and has been eating Dandy head's it still can't fly though and keep's falling over when it walk's.. it's in the hand's of the god's now..

    The nest's are made with hay/coco fibre/ dried chickweed/dandilion head's and a soft nest lining material..

    Been messing on with the camera today and here is the outcome.. .. Peekaboo it think's i can't see it Goldie hen on another 5 egg's.. Here's some of the 5 Grey Pates that have left the building.. Some Goldie mule hen's that will nest in the strangest of places..

    I will keep at it Snoop.. .. i could take the rifle boy's up there and shoot a pickup full from around the huge warren's but that's not my cup of tea..i much prefer letting the dog get a bit of exercise mooching about on it's own for a couple of hour's..and missing far more than it can catch.. while i'm pottering elsewhere.. ..

    As the title say's but not true really as the dog was fooked with the heat.. .. i had to check some trap's today so i thought i would fling the pooch in the mule to tag along... ohh and i also took my camera.. .. Anyway i just let her do what she wanted and inbetween gathering trap's i got the odd picture..i think she will of ran well over a dozen impossible bunnies while i was messing about but she did get 2 buck's and 1 milky doe that should of been below ground for me getting there.. .. Here is a few picture's nothing special but you will get the general idea..
