  1. Some of the goons interested in this stuff, are fecking potty. Make for a good laugh though. "There is a paragraph on the cloaked hedgehog about a werewolf attack near piles brook, south of harford east of the river erme, where a woman was walking her dogs, it charged at them, ripped her dogs throats out, and she died of shock in hospital after relating the story. Talk of pumas, is there any accounts of wolves or other such occurences." ??
  2. Very honest post that Arry. Appreciate it.
  3. Thing is Arry. If we are to believe that there is a breeding population, then there must be more than just a few animals in the country. All the different sightings of different colours, shapes, and sizes of animals, all over the country, we must be talking hundreds at least. I mean it's been over thirty years of regular sightings. All hours if the day. Not at all illusive, yet so illusive. That's the part that makes absolutely no sense.
  4. To be honest , I ignored the above, but your spot on with the little bit at the bottom lad?
  5. The reason people keep asking the same questions, is because the answers all fall a long way short of a real answer. They are more an excuse, than a proper answer. I think that's why a lot don't take this thread seriously. When someone openly, tries again, and again, to pull the wool over your eye's, you tend to treat them with less, and less respect.
  6. Are you 100% sure it's a fox mate?
  7. Mackem, you certainly get around. Are you a TV licence inspector, by any chance?
  8. Here's one. Why does Gloucester seem to be the epicentre of big cat sightings? Not only one species either, but several different species of cats, and numerous different sightings. It seems to be a fairly common thing these days. These sightings confirmed by the experts. Most knowledgeable people on big cats, so therefore must be true.?? Think about it. Several different species, with sightings being common. Therefore, their must be hundreds of cats in Gloucester alone. Are we talking thousands, or tens of thousands throughout the Country? Big cat 'lynx' moto
  9. I don't buy that for a minute Greyman, sorry. His story seems very plausible, and have no doubt that anyone pulling people up on their bullshit, within those groups, would be met with disdain, and would be quickly booted out for upsetting the apple cart.
  10. I did. Thought he must have been pulling the piss ??
  11. I believe this guy was mentioned here before. He knows his wildlife, and was once very interested in the whole idea of there being big cats in the UK, until he was booted out of several facebook groups, for simply pointing out that several video's shared in the groups were nothing more than house cats etc. It's really worth looking at his video's. He also does some on, so called thylacine footage. Very similar to big cat footage. Mainly grainy video's of dogs, fox's etc. I don't agree with everything he says, but at least he uses common sense. Check out his channel if you haven't
  12. He was obviously pulling the piss lad
  13. Well I won't be looking back through the posts, but I'll take your word for it lad. Saying that, I think there's no place for it here. It knocks the good out of any thread.
  14. The name calling is a bit much lad. Nothing wrong with disagreeing on a subject, or even calling someone out on talking bullshit or whatever, but the name calling is a bit childish, to say the least.
  15. Well misidentification, is pretty much, what this thread is about.
  16. Stick them up again. I've been away for a while, and can't bring myself to go back through pages of scutter?
  17. The difference is, we've all seen clear pictures, that they actually exist?
  18. Yup, and the other one is the new and improved model for 2023 ??
  19. I'm sure they can cause problems with fowl at times over in the US, just like this side of the waters. For the most part though, they aren't really seen as a problem animal, but more so, a fur bearer, just like fox, mink, raccoon etc. Trapped for their fur, more so, than a pest species.
  20. Personally I believe its a trick question. Going back to the original pictures. The first one is clearly a mouse. The other two look like juvenile rats to me.
  21. Yes mate, but what I'm saying is that something the likes of a Serval is not what we think of when we say, BIG CATS OF BRITAIN. I mean, the whole idea of a large black cat roaming the countryside, killing sheep and deer, has a sense of intrigue and mystery surrounding it, where as, a Serval is just well, a Serval.
  22. Think there is a big difference between a Bengal, and a "big cat" lads. Think we need to keep things in perspective here. Personally, I think maybe anything less than a Lynx can be disregarded. I mean, something like a Serval, of a Bengal, fall well short, when it comes to the mysterious, and intriguing notion of there being big cats roaming the Brittish countryside.
