  1. None of that is from a mink. Second one looks like someone took a shit in the hole
  2. It's more common than you think over in the US. I know several trappers that keep them as pets. Also, a few more on youtube. Even some blonde anti on there, walking one around on a bloody lead. Think the difference with Carter, is that he hunts them. Not only that, he hunts them with dogs. I recon his hunting methods are strongly influenced by how we hunt over here.
  3. Think i seen the video lad
  4. That's a particularly bad one. Looks like a dinosaur to me.
  5. Definitely looks to be eye's from an animal laddie
  6. I wonder how much evidence has been found in the UK, regarding kills and big cats, using forensic examinations. Is there any documented proof, where a forensic scientist has determined that a big cat did indeed kill said deer, for example?
  7. I've often wondered about this. Seemingly it has only been documented the last say ten years in UK. Has it always been in populations this side of the waters? Has it come in, in recent years? How? Why hasn't there been cases of sick grey squirrel documented here? Why do the experts say that it doesn't really affect greys, and here we see otherwise? Something don't add up?
  8. A ok lad, i get ya. Yea, if it ain't workin to how you like, or how you feel it should be, then working on the trigger or dog, is a must?
  9. OK, but would it not be harder set off by putting it on the second notch? The outside notch, is the most sensitive
  10. In what way, are you getting bad catches? What I like most about BMI's is that the trigger system is pretty slick. Yes, I've changed trigger formation to suit my needs, but never really needed to file triggers or dogs with that make of trap
  11. Why not the outside notch laddie? I only use the outside notch, no matter what I'm trapping
  12. I had the same thing. Thought I had placed the camera too high, and that it wasn't detecting what was going on, on ground level. Swapped it around with the "back from the dead" real cheapo one, and it caught anything that moved.
  13. You over there now mackem? Do you have to be a permanent resident, to trap there?
  14. I've read, that beaver caster is worth a few bob. Definitely worth harvesting.
  15. I hear Possum are the greatest challenge?
  16. Does the fur prime up well where you are wolfdog? Do you ever tan the furs, or send them to be tanned?
  17. Glenn is known by many in the US. He was good friends with Johnny Thorpe, and he trapped out in Canada for some time. He snares mink in a similar way to Eric Space, and just like Eric, he is a master mink snares.
  18. All fine here lad. Both very busy. Hoping to get out next month and set some traps
  19. He kept that quiet lol. Tell him myself and Lynne were asking for him?
