Yeh you can still buy Skoal in sweden but for some inexplicable reason (big pharma/tobacco company lobbying probably) all snus is banned in the EU and you have to order the stuff online. From what I've read there is no or little serious risk of any kind of cancer now they've done proper studies and since nicotine isn't bad for you harm reduction techniques where you remain addicted like vapes etc are a much better alternative for those people who cannot kick the addiction.

p.s just to clarify my post a bit young while males are the most disadvantaged kids in this country and are rapidly falling behind most other groups so I agree with the sentiment of the OP's post. White people especially white males are hated by our establishment for some inexplicable reason I just don't like the word poverty

There really should not be 'poverty' in the UK, if people are in poverty then they've probably f****d up big time with loans etc. Free; education, health service, social benefits, school dinners, housing and the list goes on and on. I find it disgusting people use this word in this country. I'm sure people have seen worse but I was once driving through the desert in Algeria and I saw one of those American Yellow school buses pull up on this track in front of me. I've got a load of snus (swedish tobacco in pouches you put under your gum) on the way and will give that a go. Done cold turkey a few times, the first few weeks are surprisingly easy but I find I get caught out in stressful situations and blow my stack over nothing so I really cannot be bothered with that at the moment.

If you are a big tea or coffee drinker it's probably best to cut right back. Nicotine and caffeine have a close relationship and are very similar drugs, they basically help metabolise each other. Take one away and you might find you're bouncing off the ceiling, that's why smokers can drink crazy amounts of coffee and not appear to be off their tits.
