it must be 10 years since i last went on a proper hunt with the air gun, but i was called to a cricket field with a rabbit problem, so decided to go down there last night, got there at 7.45 and the archery team were packing up so off i wandered round the field, wasnt long before i had spied the first rabbit so layed in prone and took the shot, not very far and slap, the rabbit runs off with a hole in its ears, hmm not as far as i thought, with that shot a rabbit came running out of the hedge a bit closer this time between 25 and 30 yards right i thought cross hair on the chin this time, smack

could be liver fluke, 1/4 grown rabbits should be weaned of their mother by then

nope all moles gone down round this way, rabbits are up though, fecking loads of queens about though

why not just use fenn traps you will catch them all alot quicker and it will save you despatching them after wards

when are you baiting the traps, morning or evening, if you are baiting in mornings, get a nice day like we are at the moment the carrots will shrivvel up and dry, try baiting in the late afternoon but obviously still check in mornings, what are the rabbits feeding on now, check at night with the lamp to see where they are feeding aint no good ur cages being near the burrows if they are feeding in the middle of the field, get them out with them. they will catch straight away and you can catch over night -
cage traps are very effective mine have been out since before christmas they go from one farm to another

with this warmish weather were getting how u lot keeping the ferts cool, today they were laying on thier backs sweating so i put a cat litter tray in there half full of water they loved it

mine aint too far from this, i was leaning in the shed to light the broodersand pulled the heater to me, lit ok, so went to the next, turned round and the shed was on fire, quickly turned the gas off, when the smoke had all gone there were 400 2 week old patridges all crisp and dry, i had pulled the pipe too far off the heater and cooked them, £1200 in 3 seconds

had a cub in rabbit cage this morning, little bit bigger than a rabbit and must have had a taste for carrot.

unless i knew who had the rifle before me and roughly how many shots it had had, i wouldnt buy second hand rifle, especially the older models, i know a keeper who changes his .22 every 5 years for a new one in that time he probaly shoots 50,000 rounds through it, you can pick up new cz fairly cheap and they aint bad rifles if you have the little bit extra money buy new,

just a quick note to say what a great service i had from optics warehouse, i broke my lightforce striker wednesday night so rang these up to get another on the friday by saturday lunch it was on my table, and it only cost me £.51 all in.

i run my van on lpg round here its 79.9 a litre, when i first got the van 2 year ago it was 53.9, it only holds 35 litre but i get between 220 and 250 miles on a good run and thats driving round towns to and from jobs, i brought the van already converted for 1400 and i looked in to it to see how much they are to convert and found the average for a proper set up is 1400 you will save money in the long run, i will keep my van till it goes bang or i crash it

its not the shorts i laughed at, it was the socks, or are they tights, pulled up that high i cant quite tell, jokes aside its good to see the youngster learning to ride but the road aint the best of places even on a quiet road, only take a knob to come round the corner quickly and its lights out.

u can use cimetrol or stingray for the larvae then fog the room(s) for the adults, that will teach you for having a decent capet

has april the first come early or something, different levels of mole catching!!!! you can either catch them or you cant, from what i heard this guild say you cant charge someone to catch moles unless ur 'master molecatcher'. i know my clients aint too worried how far the moles dick is away from its arse they just want it gone, what are you gaining from this apart from a sticker, do you become a master molecatcher when you get 5 gold star stickers on your van. rant over

dont know what its like near you, but i done a 30 mile round trip today and counted 14 on the side of the roads, would this be cause the female are chucking last years young out ready for this years or are they all just unluck?

if u buy new rember to clean after half a box if not u will mess the crowning up, my howa 223 used to love hornady but then they changed the primer and my gun put a hole through it, i now use remmington, all guns are different if u have some mates with a 223 try some of thier bullets they are always cheaper -
when i shared a cabinet with my dad i had to get an ammo safe and a trigger lock for my .22 that was all what was needed
