  1. Good advice Barrie but within a fortnight the public inNorthern Ireland have experienced bad publicity about terriers. This halfwit on Spotlight and another one who was convicted of cruelty. Both times the same breed has been mentioned. Spotlight referred to them as "golden wheaten terriers. The courts as a wheaten type terrier. Doesn't look good for terrier work as a result of both incidents.
  2. Setanta you're 100%. With this Facebook, magazines and books it's fukd. Tandragee men told me yer man Philpott and his cronies had piles of pitbull magazines and even bought the Dead Game book.

  20. Godfather2,Once upon a time in America and America me, all great shows and all have the same message "long runs the fox". Still love the big John Wayne films and anything with de Niro or Pacino. Recent years Shawshank Redemption has to be among the great films.
  21. Sounds a bit of a challenge there but with patience and perseverance the pup might come round.Nephew of mine got a pup in similar situation and it wouldnt/couldnt come round at all to humans despite loads of attention.Another friend had one that was brought into a working farm environment and kept in the kitchen where lots of social interacting went on.Pup came round fairly easy and ws a great dog for beating cover and retrieve.Sometimes its just down to the pup and how badly its been treated.Hope you have a good result with it.
