They’re tucked away so difficult to get pics of but I did it that way for security. Bedded on insulated ply boxes. I had intentions of building fitted raised boxes in the cubby but it’s a touch too small really. They’re ideal for me and look clean and presentable. Ideally I’d have made them bigger but limited by location. -

If I recall, and I hope you don't mind me doing so, didn't you get checked out for Seasonal Affective Disorder a while back? While I'm busy and see people at least weekly I'm alright. It's between Feb-May that I can feel a bit shit. I love summer and I love winter, just that lull that I wouldn't mind missing.

Given Casey is supposed to be a highly decorated for valour former Navy Seal I always thought they’ve kept him pretty tame. The writers had him go full John Wick this season though!

Thanks for the explanation. So potentially 600 dogs on a hunt!!!? Curious that they use an anticoagulant. You’d think they’d want the blood to clot to stop bleeding and bruising. Do these sorts of wounds have a risk of blood clots forming and killing the dog or something?

The military is commanded by government so it is absolutely a political tool. This WILL turn into a shitfest but no, IMO ‘big death’ are not impacting government foreign policy to any great degree. It'd be really interesting if you could explain the format of the day/hunt a bit more. Is it a free for all with dogs and Guns accounting for quarry? More like an organised series of drives? Are certain species more for the dogs and others the Guns? Are there long hunts or is it more bushing with short hot chases/courses? Do different dogs have different jobs or are they all at everything? You might not have learnt that much in a day but I'll ask anyway.

I'm not an expert so no one should listen to me. For what it's worth I think you (we) need to show your humanity to those who know you as nothing more than 'psycho killers'. Show how much hunting means to you culturally. It's not just a hobby or sport, it's a way of life and a sub-culture of Ireland that they want to erase and yet if it was happening to an African culture they'd be bending over backwards to send money to protect it. Get out and tell your stories and share the pain it'll cause to the people who have never really met you and been a part of it. Put a face and a heart to the shit

Using the abortion angle won't do you any favours. You're in the minority with that view and it'll put hunters in the same boat as the anti-abortion lot. I think it's a tactically poor decision if you want to save hunting. You don't have to win over the conservatives, you need to win over everyone to the left of you and using abortion will not do that. JMHO

Can I ask, how many new moons has it been since you first heard about the covid vaccine? And do you live within the death circle of a 5G test mast? There's clearly a link I've never found any over the counter drug that did anything noticeable so I'm not surprised you are still struggling after ibuprofen and paracetamol. I'd say get to the GP and get something on script but ligament/tendon damage can really get messy if you do not properly rest it. If it is that then you're talking months, not days. You need a proper diagnosis.
