  1. To guarantee anything you will want a contract writting up! But yeah, I'd be inclined to do it, but i'd also be very concious of what I am doing.
  2. I have used them quite a bit for general game shooting, decent enough for that. I've only ever shot one fox with them and that was a hole end job on the end of the barrell! I'm sure they would kill a fox at up to 20 yards but if you want to shoot ANY further then get a proper cartridge in it. Lylvale do a 70mm 36g BB shell that I have killed a few foxes with. Also get some real big mothers 3" 50gm jobs quite easily, those buggers will drop a fox!
  3. without doubt, especially with the variety of .22 ammo you can get. Trouble is getting the ticket, imo a .22 should be no harder to get than a shotgun.
  4. How olds ya lad lanesra? 18? Bloody bold chap if he is that young going to Uni in the states, good on him! Wish I had the balls to do something like that when I was at Uni. What's he studying?.......................... inbetween partys and women that is.
  5. The burglar one made me piss!

Lab, if you could put a caption to the picture what would it be? Just to give us an idea.......
  7. Ultrasound therapy is a pretty standard medical practice in humans for certain ailments. No idea whether their is evidence for it but physio's use it. Did me no fecking good mind!
  8. Right, sounds tame as hell! If it's gonna be a regular problem he might want to consider a cage trap by his chickens..... or a better dog . Anyway, normal bird shot will drop a fox out to about 15-20 yards pretty consistently, but if you know you are after fox get a decent BB load that can drop em out to 40-45 but 30-35 is a safe bet. Check the cartridge length though, a lot of fox carts are magnum loads and may be too long to be safely shot in the gun. Also as has been mentioned, half choke is sufficient, any tighter and patterns can be blown, but as a follow up shot you shoot whatever you h
  9. WHY ? I don't know but I think Baw may have had an internet marriage with her and then divorced her after a long absence....... Other than that I'm a lost as everyone else.........
  10. If you put some details up about the situation people might be able to advise you better on alternative approaches. For instance is it a farm yard? stables? large city garden? What exactly is the reason for removing the problem fox? (I'm not trying to catch you out on ethics with this one, it's their fox to kill, but the reason might help with deciding the best approach, e.g chicken killer etc) I'm sure you'll handle the gun fine, I wasn't trying to say you couldn't fella, just things don't always go to plan and an experienced fox shooter will be better placed to adapt to any unexpecte

There are all sorts of different kinds of crazy, just gotta find one ya can deal with.
  12. Considering your lack of experience I'd say get a BB load and keep the shot within 30m. A far better way of going about it would be to get someone who knows what they are doing to shoot it.

I , v been foolish , I believed his lies . If he tries to tell you the female G-spot is 6" down ya throat, don't believe it love!
  14. 650 for a AA S410 classic with a walnut thumbhole stock, f*****g beautifull gun! Scope, harris bipod, mounted lamp, bag and pump I already had. Killed shit loads of rabbits with that rifle, then I sold it when times were a lot harder than they are now.......... Got a HW97 with Varmint scope now that cost about 500. Don't have the time or inclination to do as much air rifle as much as I used to. Other than a bin full of ferals, a few rabbits and the odd rat it's done very little. Always have one for humane despatch though and certain jobs that require the low power of an air rifle.
  15. I've only been having a laugh on here, as I suspect Dan was...... but this has to be the daftest post, (unless you are taking the piss) !! How is a 24" more "versatile" than a 25" or a 23" ?? And "small dogs grow up to cloddy or slow " ???????? where on earth did you get that one from ??? Cheers. Charts your a fussy bugger. The lad had to pick just one height and chose 24 because it's around the height expected for a more versatile dog, I'm sure there's every chance a 23 or 25 would be versatile to but we weren't allowed 3 choices now were we? lol. The best rabbit dog I have ever

  17. some people keep large snakes that can kill them and others, some people race fast cars that can kill them and others, where do you draw the line, guns need to be licensed agreed but and its a big but saying one one gun is more dangerous than another is daft Paulus, you go fetch a .22 hand gun and stand 100 yards from me, i'll fetch a GPMG with a belt of 200 i bet you 50p i win I'll take that challenge with an already legal (so supposedly 'less dangerous') Arctic Warfare .338, you can keep ya supposedly more dangerous GPMG.
  18. http://www.infowars....-send-him-back/ Clarkson later told Hislop he was the second person he had wounded in his life. The Top Gear host has had an ongoing feud with journalist-turned-TV personality Piers Morgan. Clarkson famously punched Morgan in front of journalists at the 2004 Press Awards after the latter published photographs of the car enthusiast kissing his female boss four years previously. Morgan admits he was hit three times, ‘two to the right temple and one to the forehead’ and was left with a scar above his eyebrow. In an appearance on Parkinson, Clarkson admitted he was ‘a
  19. Am I right in believing that good old Jezza (Jerremy Clarkson) chinned that arsehole Piers Morgan? Edited; just checked, he punched him at the british press awards and was restrained by security! Legend!
  20. It's be awfull if he was a victim of a stabbing and his next door neighbour shot the perpetrator with an 'evil' assault rifle. We can live in hope.
  21. That Larry Pratt put himself across very well there, Piers Morgan was desperately jumping between questions looking for an answer to trip him up on without actually challenging the facts being presented. It was a very desperate argument resulting in name calling and speaking over Larry Pratt. Piers Morgan should leave statistical analysis to staticians and let the journalists take care of sensationalism.
  22. Although I'm 'pro gun' I think that the reason for the second amendment has lost it's validity. Guns were great in the old days but a load of red necks with AR-15s aren't gonna last 30s against the US military. I'm not sure how their right to bear, what are pretty simple weapons, protect them in any way from a corrupt government?
  23. What are.you on about? The majority of greyhounds in this country are used for racing but this isn't about racing dogs. You're such a fan of quoting me, show me where I said greyhounds had great feet. They haven't got feet that get smashed up everytime they're out, anymore than any other dog. Some have good feet some have bad feet. You've not answered my questions with regard to the other breeds I mentioned because you do t know the answers. Long toes don't make a dog slower or more prone to injury. A faster dog is more likely to hit stuff than a slower dog? Are you seriously offering that u

  25. My skills as a cook are somewhat limited. Roast venison........... I only get two types of cut from a deer.......... frying steaks and stewing steaks. Actually that goes for just about all game! Cooking for one is sad enough without spending hours on it.
