I believe the aid budget is used for many reason, some pure and some not quite so. I hope someone that understands world politics can answer that but this is my take on it. Foreign Aid is supposed to give us a moral high ground in the eyes of the world, it's supposed to help our political position and it's supposed to make life and bussiness here better for us. It's supposed to be an investment politically and economically. For instance Nigeria was quoted, no coincidence that has some of the largest oil reserves in the world... That said, our current policy on foreign aid is fecking hard to get your head around. How they can justify the increase is beyond my brain.

Only a couple of questions I am getting an HK416 D10RS in .22LR - WHY? looking for a compact 'CQB' style scope = WHY? Why not, it's perfectly legal. If that's what he wants leave him to it. Because barring shooting it on a range which may be a bit of fun he says he wants to do some pest control which I assume will be outdoors, yes its up to him and yes its legal I don't dispute that but I wouldn't want to be walking round a field with a Heckler and Koch tactical rifle if ever the Police armed response unit turn up. They look spot on! I did pheasant breast stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon the other night. 20 mins at 180, fecking beautiful! Ate the second cold after, couldn't just leave it on the side. LOL

You'd be suprised how smart a lot of bushing dogs are. If they're biddable they learn how to work to the gun and how to work to the lurchers. I'm not saying they're always perfect but definately very usefull for both jobs. I'd say it's important to get something biddable though, that's the key trait to a multi tasking mutt.
